Christina Milian Wants Divorce Papers Altered, Claims The Dream Is A Liar!
We can't argue with that!
It seems The Dream filed divorce papers in February, just nine days before his daughter was born - and Christina Milian is pissed!
The singer is claiming that he lied about the status of their marriage and failed to mention that he was cheating on her.
In Christina's legal response, she alleged that the marriage wasn't over when he filed the documents as they had "marital relations on numerous occasions."
She also added that if the court does grant the divorce, it should not be on the basis of The Dream's claim that their marriage was "irretrievably broken," but because he cheated on her.
But this is the WORST part!
Christina admitted to signing a settlement agreement where both parties waived alimony or ownership right's to the other person's property. And she alleges that the reason she signed it was because The Dream brought the papers to her bedside when she was 9-months pregnant and in no condition to sign.
Gross. We hope he gets what he deserves!

Re: the thing is… – Pregnancy doesn't make a person stupid, but let me ask you how many times have you been through the ninth month of pregnancy? For some people pregnancy is a breeze, for others those last months - between hormones, exhaustion, her physical state, she might not have been in the condition to sign those papers. It is for a judge to decide, but I wouldn't dismiss the girl out of hand if you haven't been through a pregnancy or two yourself. Depending on her condition at the time, she might have a case.
She needs to go get her own career back and make a life for her child on her own, far away from The Nightmare. Ten years from now, he will be penniless and incapable of supporting any of his kids anyway. Scott Storch anyone?
Re: Momma! – I agree. Being 9 months pregnant, she could have been under a lot of stress, preparing to have the baby, and hormones going. That is not a good time to ask her to sign a settlement agreement.
