Lindsanity Will Be Released Even Earlier!

It seems Lindsay Lohan will be released from Lynwood Correctional Facility in late July as opposed to the beginning of August.
The judge agreed to take two days credit off of her sentence for time that she was previously detained.
And LOLhan's reps are even hoping to do better than that! They want her released even earlier due to jail overcrowding .
“Lindsay’s team is doing everything they can to get her out of jail this weekend,” claims a source.
WTF?! If she gets out this weekend, she'll barely have served a week. Guess Lindsanity will never learn her lesson.

If Lindsay is NOT treated as an equal in the public eye, then she should NOT be treated as an equal in the justice system. Meaning, it's ridiculous to send her to jail. She's a public figure because WE made her that, and as such, it's absurd to PRETEND that she's just another citizen who needs to pay for her mistakes. She IS special, because WE made her so. I don't know her personally, nor am I a big fan, nor do I know any celebrities who have served jail time (e.g. Paris Hilton, Khloe Kardashian..) but if we don't treat these people as normal in their personal and public lives, then we should not treat them as normal in the judicial system. Unless the celebrity is an actual threat to the safety and lives of civilians (as in, has committed murder, aggravated assault, etc.) then they should not be thrown into a jail where they are completely vulnerable and in danger at the hands of real criminals.
(cont.) What Lindsay needs is emotional help. If you do not have experience or knowledge of the drugs she is PRESCRIBED then you should not be so quick to judge. Many of those drugs change your personality without you even realizing it. It's not a matter of being strong or smart. These drugs mess with the chemical composition in the brain. Lindsay is not herself and it's so sad that she probably doesn't even know it and that we feel the need to treat her like everybody else when she's going through a hard time, even though we DON'T treat her like anybody else under everyday circumstances.

first, I am not saying she shouldn't have to pay for her actions, but I do not think she should be in an ordinary facility, because she is not an ordinary person. Whether we like to admit it or not, she is not like the rest of us who get to live our lives and make our mistakes without having the world ridicule us as well. I'm concerned for her safety at that facility. She's a well known persona, for whatever reason, she is, and that marks her as unequal. If she stands out in her everyday life, she will certainly stand out in prison. My only point is that precautions should be taken to protect her safety because nothing about her life is normal.

It's a really long and arduous process to get published. People can't just pull shit out of their ass and publish it. Similarly, I don't think the media should have the right to print whatever they want in their magazines just to up their sales at the expense of people's lives. And it baffles me that the paparazzi still have the right to infringe so severely on "celebrities” lives, sometimes with dire consequences. It doesn't matter who they are or if they are worth shit, it is still a huge invasion of privacy. One more thing, if not for the gross exploitation of this girl's life, by the media, the public, and her parents, do you really think she would have ended up this bad? She is on so many prescription drugs that are messing with her brain, she is a completely different person to what she normally would be. What she needs is serious detox and peace so she can get her act together and become an upstanding citizen again. But since her drugs are prescribed she's allowed to have them while in jail. How does that help anything at all? Those prescriptions need to be revoked, and the "doctors" who prescribed them, investigated.
