DanRad Apologizes For Comic-Con No-Show!
He's such a sweetheart!
Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe apologized for missing Comic-Con in San Diego, even though he and his two co-stars Rupert Grint and Emma Watson were never confirmed to attend the event.
DanRad said:
"I apologize to all the wishful thinkers for my disappointing non-presence. I suppose it's like when I'm at [a music festival], and I hear that suddenly some amazing band is going to play a surprise gig and then it turns out to be total fiction.
"I was in St. Petersburg [Russia] for my birthday, which is probably the most beautiful, the most incredible, wonderful place I've ever been in my life. It really is absolutely amazing. I went with two friends and it was brilliant."
Well, we're glad he had a good time and maybe he can catch the Con next year!

It's good to see Dan traveling a bit. He has gone places to pitch his movies (USA, Japan, LA, Florida, etc) but those were his job. St. Petersburg was pure pleasure I am sure and what he sees will expand his knowledge of world history and culture. In fact, he'd be smart to take off a year and just travel the world to widen his horizons. PS Better traveling on his birthday than going to a London bar and getting drunk as on his 18th and his 20th.

You need to take a glance at the Daily Mail online (UK) with several pictures of a pretty drunk Daniel downing the vodka in Russia. I think he may like his drink a bit too much.
Too busy drinking vodka in Russia that he could get in the liquor store around the corner. He really cares about his fans. He really does. The rumour is that he went with his former Equus BF Lorenzo Pisoni. No he's straight really.
