It's a boy!

Diablo Cody announced the birth of her son yesterday via Twitter:

"We had our boy early this morning! Marcello Daniel Maurio, 7lbs, 2 oz, lightly mustachioed"

It's the first child for both Diablo and her husband Dan Maurio.

Cute!

Amanda Bynes will finally be appearing court on June 6th for her April 6th DUI arrest, but apparently, she's may have to return very soon after that, because the actress was involved in ANOTHER hit-and-run only a few short days AFTER the first!
