ABC President Gets Canceled, Sexual Harassment Allegations Surface
Nothing says innocent like a mid-investigation resignation.
The now former President of ABC Entertainment Group, Steve McPherson has resigned after being accused of multiple accounts of sexual harassment. Here’s what McPherson’s attorney, Tom Hoberman, had to say about the subject:
"Upon Steve McPherson returning to work from his vacation on Monday, he made a voluntary decision to resign and ABC accepted his resignation.
He must have had an incriminating weekend. Here’s more from Hoberman:
"It is not uncommon for high level executives to be the subject of gossip and innuendo. That would include rumors of internal situations which can easily be misinterpreted or misrepresented. Seems like it goes with the territory, and there is nothing further to discuss."
Steve had the following to say on his own behalf:
"I want to thank the wonderful
breasts on theteam of individuals who have worked with me throughout my time here and wish them nothing but the best."
