Disgusting! I'm a regular smoker but when I'm out in public, I short my cigarette butts and keep them until I come across a garbage can. This looks like the Animal Kingdom Zoo in Bordentown, but going from the comments these are in all the little Zoos in NJ. I smoke sometimes too but I really never understood not being able to abstain while out with your kids. We are adults and choose to do that to ourselves but kids have no choice so just leave their little lungs out of it and wait until you are alone.
