Heidi Klum and Seal were snapped enjoying breakfast together with their daughter Lou aboard the Indian Empress yacht in the port of Nice.

Amanda Bynes, the girl who claims she does NOT party, was arrested Thursday night on charges of drug possession (weed), reckless endangerment (throwing a foot long bong from her apartment window which could have smashed on some unsuspecting pedestrian's HEAD) and tampering with evidence (getting rid of a BONG out of her window)...

The former child star is reportedly now in a holding cell at night court and will most likely get a hearing Friday morning.
