New York Public Library Honors Steve Martin For Being Steve Martin

Every year, the New York Public library honors those who have contributed to "the world of ideas."

Yeah, we don't what the eff that means either!

This year, five "Library Lions" were chosen and among the winners were Steve Martin and Ethan Hawke, both accomplished actors and writers in their own right.

They will be honored in November at a black-tie gala.

Congrats, felas!

    Of all of the people in the world who have influenced me the most Steve Martin is at the top. Class with a sense of humour is all I have to say about that
