Disney Geeks! Monsters Inc. 2To Be Released Earlier!

Don't get too excited though - it isn't by much.

Sources at Disney have confirmed that Monsters Inc. 2 has shifted its release date from November 16, 2012 to November 2, 2012.

A point of interest - the original Monsters movie was released in 2001…on November 2nd!

Look how that turned out. Maybe that will play into the story somehow! A bit of Disney/Pixar magic!!!

Breaking Dawn part 2 is coming out on Nov. 16, 2012. I'm guessing that had something to do with the switch. Anything that goes up against that will be annihilated.

I am SOOOO excited! I didn't even know they were making a sequel to this! Actually, I thought Pixar was against making sequels for their movies (with the exception of Toy Story)! That's awesome, but we still have to wait 2 and a half years… crazyyyy!

they only switched it because breaking dawn part 2 is officially set to release on nov. 16 2012 so they obviously didnt stand a chance.. smart move
