Why should Star Wars nerds and Gleeks have all the fun?

Next April, Los Angeles will be home to the first-ever Reality Rocks Expo, a three day convention that will have everything to do with reality television.

The organizers are calling it “the ultimate reality TV fan experience,” announcing that the convention will include the chance to meet your favorite reality show stars in autograph sessions, performances and an awards show.

So far, the event’s honorary advisory committee includes American Idol judge Randy Jackson and The Biggest Loser executive producer J.D. Roth.

We're skeptical that this will get the kind of turn out we know the organizers are hoping for, but we secretly are obsessed with the idea of getting every cast of every edition of The Real Housewives franchise under one roof.

The place will implode!

Would U go to a reality show convention???

    To quote Cartman….."LAME!"

Oh sure I'd go if they paid me $10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 .

Conventions are for celebrating things of value, like anime, NOT reality shows. These "stars" bring no talent or skill whatsoever. The Reality Sucks Expo blows. Otakon is a REAL convention, not like this crap.

  5. 5

the only people that are going to go are people that want to be on these shows

Considering How huge reality tv continues to be, I think this is an awesome idea! If you love American Idol, Jersey Shore(my fav), etc. then why wouldn't this be awesome?!
