Mel has been on a week-long fishing trip, outside of the country, with his two sons.
The problem is, Oksana's lawyers had scheduled a deposition for their ongoing child custody battle, but Mel thought it was much more important to flee the country and go fishing instead.
Sources say that "Oksana's people think the delay is evidence that Mel is not committed to Lucia," however, Mel's people say that Oksana's lawyers knew he'd be out of town when they scheduled the date.
Hey Mel, it probably wasn't the smartest move to travel outside of the country when you have all these legal battles going on!!! What were you thinking??

OMG. Perez you should know this with all the legal rangling you've done over the years. Depositions are never scheduled on the weekend, only under extraordinary circumstances. This case is not extraordinary. Second, no matter how "explosive" this case is, the attorneys handling it are members of a community that they will then have to continue to practice in after the "explosive" case goes away. For this reason they maintain good relations with other attorneys and do not engage in unprofessional nonsense like scheduling a deposition when the deponent is going to be out of town. This is Oksana's idea of how to try a case in a court of law, these are her stories that she releases to the press, not the way things are done in real life. God, this is pathetic. PATHETIC.

Oksana now has a baby and Mel is no longer the center of her life. She now has 2 children, one of them a newborn. Oksana wants to start having a life of her own. (all of this is facts, look it up on line). Now, Mel feels cheated and out of control. After all, he paid big and he should be able to own Oksana because he paid big.
