Stan Lee Sued!

Yikes!
Stan Lee, creator of legendary comic book heroes like Spider-Man, the Hulk and others, has been sued by toy manufacturing company Super 7!
Lee recently penned a new comic book entitled Stan Lee's Super Seven which incorporated himself in the story along with a spaceship of aliens he finds in the desert.
But Super 7 is complaining that they own the trademark and filed against Lee in court citing trademark infringement and unfair competition.
Not good — can't Stan just come up with a different "S" adjective?

It's a BS money grab. Now one is going to confuse the super heroes for the company and vice versa.
Try SUPREME — but it won't matter. Average Jane is right. The company doesn't have a case at all
Never even HEARD of the company Super 7. I'm sure Stan hasn't either. Just a cheap way to get free publicity to get their name out there.

He's not the real creator of the HULK!!! That's such a misconception. Stan Lee has even said that Jack Kirby created the Hulk. Stan Lee wrote the first issues of the Hulk and helped develop the character, but the look of the Hulk was drawn by Jack Kirby. Sorry to go all nerd, but poor Jack Kirby never gets any credit.
