LAWL such a dedicated actor that James Franco :D

  2. 2

I can't quite put my finger on this dude.. he is in and out of college…in and out of t.v… last movie I saw with him was Date Night- fricking hilarious.. passes on a role in Inception…but will be making a Plane of the Apes movie– those apes rule. Used to play it all the time as a kid in late 70's.. and SWAT. Both kick ass tv shows. Don't make em like that anymore.. I give Glee one more season.

  3. 3

He's so hot. Best part of Date Night

I don't know if I should admire this guy or think he's just pretentious.
I mean,he dropped out,did Freaks and Geeks(brilliantly),did that Spiderman thing, and then he goes and gives Ivy League one more chance.
And on top of that, takes three more coll applications and kills that shit.
    I mean,come on,give me a break.
    He's channeling Superman.
    I don't believe this shit.

That's pretty funny, but didn't he read Twilight? I would prefer to read Eat, Pray, Love over Twilight…

  6. 6

well,he did say he sleeps 4 hours a day.

  7. 7

There is something about him I like. Not just his looks, but who he is. He is different and seems to do what he wants, not what he "should" do. I like that.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahah, he wants to distance himself from this horrible, self pitying, chick flick.

Seriously, he couldn't take 2h to read the book? That's dedication. One more reason to watch Eat Pray Love…

ha! movie looks well vapid and predictable.
    no thanks

OMG this quote is so old why are you posting it now? Yeah I agree RedStateReport I can't figure him out either in his choices. I like the actor a lot, but not so much the stuff he picks. General Hospital? I guess he likes to play outside the lines. He's adorable.

  12. 12

How profound. Is this dude really in school or is he just bull shitting around? I'm a full-time student and I sure as hell wouldn't have time to do movies and all of the things he does….

  13. 13

I'd rather be Michelle Obama's 27th lowly assistant,
    than go see this movie.
I can not even think of making your boyfriend go see this travelogue and the "crisis to overcome" is eating some carbs. sheesh!
Plus, Julia has lost the bloom of youth that is needed to carry a movie, for this sort of thing.

  14. 14

he's hilarious and all over the place. He passes on Inception to do General Hospital (WTF?! But at least JGL got the part) and he does a hundred million other things. 50+ credit hours a semester, interviews, movies, TV shows, art gallery openings, etc., etc. When does he come up for air?!

He's a strange dude, but a hottie. If I had to choose between reading Eat, Pray, Love or reading Twilight, I think I might just take a bullet to the brain.

  15. 15

    James is the Best.

  16. 16

Hotness itself. Geez, even his feet are cute.

  17. 17

    He's so hot:)

  18. 18

    He is so Hot:)

Oh please, I am so sick of you making this guy out to be Eistein. He also does a good job in painting himself like he is the only one on Planet Earth that has a college education. Get over yourself Mr. Franco, I bet you are not as smart as half of the people I know. He read the first 20 pages…Wow, what a genius. Nobody has ever read 20 pages of a novel.

Re: 01badgirl – damn… Mrs. Perez you guys seem to see the worst in everyone when they are simply..simple to understand…. I am too a college student and couldnt damn well near do the things he is doing at once…so yeah he is pretty much awesome.

  21. 21

James doesn't go around throwing his college education in anybody's face, these journalists seem to feel the need to constantly mention it.

The guy does seem to be pretty smart…and he's certainly not boring.

  22. 22

What a slap in the face to that author! I LOVE IT!

  23. 23

the first 20 pages were the only pages worth reading! The book was an absolute struggle to get through as it was so shit

  24. 24

Re: Lilygirl27 – I totally agree with you. I like him so much I would almost go see Eat, Pray, Love. . .except it sounds like Under the Tuscan Sun, which I already saw. Oh, and I can't stand Julia Roberts and her long nose and enormous mouth.

  25. 25

Chinwe Okorie, I don't see the worst in people. This guy is NOT a genius. If I were to study "the arts", I can get 10 degree from Ivy League institutions. I am just sick of Perez and the guy himself making him see like he is Albert Einstein. There are people that get multiple degrees in Engineering, Medicine, Economics, etc. from Ivy League institutions. People that have done a lot in researching the cure for cancer, not somebody that studies "The Arts" and does acting as a job. Maybe you are impressed, not me.

  26. 26

    He is gorgeous!!!

    Re: Chinwe Okorie

we all have our own limit, we need to do things that give us pleasure and that make us grown in a rhythm that we can digest, i praise him for being multitasking, but with the over exposure of his countless activities i do understand why some people might think he is snobbish, if he is exagerating, claiming to do things that he clearly doesn't do, i couldn't possibly know, but through history thousand and thousand of people proved that you can do several activities and maintain your sanity(or not, like van gogh, or voltaire, or liberace), although, i saw several of his works and i must say that i coudn't find the awesomeness in them, but that is just my opinion, bye girl.(oh! and sorry for the misspellings, i'm a brazilian guy without college education, i'm 23, and only now i'm learning my third lenguage, but i'm very proud of myself though…)
