Axl Rose's Twitter Hacked, GNR Tour NOT Canceled
WTF?!?
Who would bother doing this??
Guns N' Roses fans got some pretty sad news last night when they saw a message on Axl Rose's Twitter account that read:
All upcoming Guns N' Roses dates are officially cancelled. Please contact your place of purchase for any refunds.
But it turned to be a hoax, especially since Axl is not even active on Twitter.
Fans got suspicious when they saw that he hadn't posted via iPhone like his other messages and also used the British spelling of "cancelled."
Concert organizers Festival Republic posted a statement, saying:
"Festival Republic are informed by GN'R management that Guns N' Roses have NOT canceled their performances at Reading & Leeds and that Axl Rose's twitter account was hacked into and all claims of dates being cancelled are unfounded."
Guns N' Roses is scheduled to headline the Reeding and Leeds Festivals on August 27 and 29, as well as several other European dates.

since when did two "L"'s in cancelled become the British spelling of the word??? I suppose "tonight" is the british spelling of "tonite" as well…..
They still R a great band And They just rocked the sturgis and I can't wait to see them in Leeds & reading!!!
