Bankrupt Housewife Spends Money She Doesn't Have!
You know, we're no accountant, but we're pretty sure yours is having an aneurism right about now, Teresa Giudice!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been put through the ringer recently, with all kinds of reports of bankruptcy and foreclosure and what not. We've heard rumbles of yard sales and kerfufles of the family losing their house.
And yet, today we bring you a story about how Teresa spent $60,000 on shopping spree right after filing bankruptcy!
Italian princess say what now?! Let us break this down for you:
Teresa and her hubby Joe are in $11 million worth of debt. While the family claims to only make $79,000 a year, they to be able to afford a shopping trip to furnish their $1.8 million home in Towaco, NJ with all hangings, mirrors, frames, tables, and such worth $45,000, along with curtains that cost, wait for it, $8,800!
This is all going on while they have lost two of their real estate properties, defaulted on their payments on their Escalade, and all of their fancy junk is going up for auction in October.
Insanity!
We hope you really like those curtains, girl. In a few weeks, you're going to have to use them as blankets to keep you warm in the cardboard box you'll be living in along the NJ Turnpike!

A family with 4 children that earns $80,000 a year definitely doesn't have the money for the wife to go on shopping sprees for furs and $10,000 sofas! I would imagine any family earning $80,000 with 4 children would be living an average, non-lavish lifestyle. Joe's definitely hiding assets…

Her girls are going to grow up to be spoiled and entitled women incapable of caring for themselves. I feel bad for them and can't stand their behavior on the show. I really don't get it, how much do they make doing the show exactly? I thought they must be paid quite a bit for selling out their family and airing their dirty laundry.
That's prob why she did the show b/c they are broke; her husband is being charged with fraud along with other things. All that talk she did about Danielle and she's the one that about to hit rock bottom. I hope their bankruptcy hearing is denied and they have to pay off all their debt. RHNJ is breaking records; first out of the series to have a baby on the show, first to go broke on the show, first to make money by selling sun tan lotion and tanning beds. What's next?
