hey gurl, why dont u make some decent music so u dont have to do this kind of bull shit for attention .

  3. 3

That was one cool music video. People get too easily offended these days.

i suppose that woman didn't hear the message at the end of the song. she probably thought it was some "mad black woman" when in reality, Ms. Badu is one of the best recording artist of my time. She's totally underrated and misunderstood.

Such a small price to pay for her video's powerful message: Waking up to the presence of immensely powerful forces in the world that seek to dumb down societies to their actions and agenda's. It's not a accident that she protested in Dealey Plaza, JFK "conspiracy" (yea right) central. The message at the end is that we all need to wake up, remove ourselves from this "group think mentality (racism, classism, might makes right, etc.) , and begin to rely on our own blessed individual thought and creativity.
And no, she didn't walk around publicly naked to get attention and make more money. She's deep, and wanted to send a message

Stupid, one of the worst music videos i've seen

  7. 7

Just goes to show how incredibly stupid liberals are!

  8. 8

Completely inapropriate. There were mothers and fathers out with their children and the looks on their faces said it all.

Cheap ass video at $500. Stupid. Who was the guy in the back running and picking up the first clothes she dropped. An p.a. or good guy? It was pretty lame, though, Dealey Plaza, who gives a shit about Kennedy. We all found out he was just a bullshit artist….please. All the Kennedy's were for themselves, all about power and really pretty much just assholes. Except for John, Jr. hot hot hot

I thought the video was beautiful. It truly was art. No fine or punishment should have been issued.

One of the best videos ever made! I love her, and after this video adore her even more. Anyone who doesnt understand it is either immature, or extremely narrow minded. who cares if there were kids around it wasnt in any way done in a perverted manner. Her body is incredible I didnt know she had a booty! lol I always thougth she was skinny and petite. WORK IT girl!

I find it so funny how all of the negative comments seem to be coming from obviously seriously ignorant people who have no clue as to the real meaning of the video. I'ts a great video, and causes no more harm than the average gangsta video parading violence, pop videos glorifying sex and "the perfect way to look" and rock videos parading violence. Seriously you stupid un-educated americans who have never even stepped one foot out of your own country in your entire lives need to know that this video is absolutely fine! :)

Cool, what's the big deal. We're all naked underneath our clothes!

  18. 18

I like the retro feel of the video (looks like it was made 20 yrs back, but was recent) but the nudity….errrr, hm.

    awesome video.

No fine? Are you serious? As much of an artistic statement that she may have made, it is still public indecency and she disrobed in front of families and CHILDREN. She absolutely should have been fined and punished, just as any other person would have been. Being famous, a musician or just an artist doesn't allow you to do whatever you want. That is why we have laws in place. She's certainly not above them!

bOOO0-yAA!! oK NOW. i saw this coming ages ago. dumb bitch.

I wasn't offended, but as the laws sit I thought it was public exposure and self indulgent. She could have filmed it on a set with actors instead of ambushing unsuspecting citizens who might not have enjoyed running into her in all her glory.
