Patricia Arquette Seeks Custody Of Her Child With Thomas Jane

Uh-oh! Hopefully this one won't get ugly!

Now that Patricia Arquette has once again split from Thomas Jane, sources are reporting that the Medium actress is seeking primary physical and legal custody of their seven year old daughter, Harlow!

She's also reportedly requesting that the court deny Jane any spousal support!

Well - they both headline two relatively successful TV shows, so we can't imagine that they need any of each other's dollars!

We'll see how long this one stays as "amicable" as their representative says it is!

Patricia is probably as sweet and down to earth as you can get with celebs. so im sure it will be pretty amicable
and the other comments can shut the fuck up!
