January Jones Signs On For X-Men

Although it was initially reported that Alice Eve won the role, Mad Men star January Jones will portray Emma Frost in X-Men: First Class.

We can't imagine her as the White Queen, the mutant with telepathic powers, but that doesn't mean she can't do it.

Do U think she can take on the role?!

    I like the idea of January Jones, but the movie sounds like a disaster already. Its sounds like its not actually based on "The First Class," (i.e. Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Angel, Beast, & Iceman). Sounds like they are trying to throw everything and the kitchen sink into it. I hope if fails.

    I could care less if she does it, she just needs a new makeup artist. Everytime I see her, she looks so ugly and such a mess

    betty draper is hot, although i think don's hippie sport fuck 'midge daniels' (rosemarie dewitt) would be better.

    i don't know. it will be a good test. i've always questioned her acting abilities on mad men. is she really portraying a doped up upper class housewife with muted expressions or is she just incapable of expressing emotion? time will tell. for now she's a hot piece and that's what america loves. voice lessons would do her a world of good, her pitch lacks warmth. so long as she has those amazing boobies, she'll be fine. so, ten more years, tops.

    I always thought Scarlett Johansson would make the best Emma Frost,alas that'll never happen. I'll reserve judgment until I see her in the role (odd concept huh?!!)

    Well best of luck to her, but I still don't understand her appeal. She's as plain as the bagel I had for breakfast.
