Michael Lohan Suing Rachel Uchitel!
He'll sue anybody!
Michael Lohan is threatening to take Rachel Uchitel to court for allegedly failing to pay him commission on several deals he helped her obtain, including Celebrity Rehab.
Michael says he introduced Rachel to his manager David Weintraub who then began representing her as a client.
She got reportedly got paid $500K to appear on Celebrity Rehab and Lohan says she refused to pay part of Weintraub's 20 percent commission that Michael was going to split!
Lohan says:
“She made a first payment of $60,000, but then decided to take the rest of the money and use it for charity, which wasn’t her call. Now she’s trying to take back her original payment as well.”
Michael's giving Rachel a week to pay or he's suing. As for Rachel's attorney Gloria Allred, she states:
“Rachel has no agreement either in writing or otherwise with Michael Lohan. She is mystified as to why he believes he has any legal claim. She will not dignify his comments about her with any additional response. She has no further comment on this matter.”

OH HOLY HELL. There is SO much wrong with this. First off Im shocked that Celeb Rehab is paying her HALF A MILL to appear on TV for a few weeks of work. Now as far as Douche Bag Lohan just cuz he introduced her to someone does NOT warrant ANY kickback. This fucking douche bag got 60 grand for hell sakes .. FOR WHAT??? For the intro????
