Avatar's Sam Worthington: Yet Another Vampire!

A while back, we got word that our favorite star of Avatar was in negotiations for a Dracula movie.

It has been confirmed that Sam Worthington will take on the title role in Dracula: Year Zero, which is scheduled to start shooting in June 2011.

Worthington will play Prince Vlad of Transylvania, who Bram Stoker supposedly based his Dracula character on.

Our buddy from Avatar is quite the hot commodity right now! Aside from this Dracula movie, he’s also attached to a bunch of other projects, including the unnecessary Clash of the Titans 2 and Avatar 2.

Are U excited for another vampire movie?

I was born in Transylvania and I still live there, I wish Bram Stoker was still alive so I could sue him for bringing so much BS to our image. it really isn't helping the tourism, because people who actually won't take the time to research and find that vampires don't exist here don't pay for expensive trips. it's just lame that everywhere "Transylvania" is considered some kind of fairy tale land. it's just a region in Romania. get over it people, it's retarded.
