Madonna??
According to reports, Madonna has been offered $1 billion for a five-year residency in Las Vegas.
If she takes the deal, it would make her the world's third female billionaire entertainer, just behind Oprah.
We think it's unlikely that Madonna will sign the contract, especially since her reps are keeping quiet on the rumors, but we're secretly hoping it's true!!
If this actually happens, we'll be there opening night with bells and whistles on!

You know you've made it when the concert comes to YOU. What a tribute and classy sendoff it could be for her. The sky would be the limit regarding suddenly stationary sets, lighting, rigging and themes for a fitting summarization of a long career. At her age, the timing is just right. If true, I hope she would consider it.

I am sick and tired of people insulting Madonna, she looks gorgeous and so what if she had work done to her face she can afford it. I'm not a huge fan of either one but I know lady gaga is no match for Madge, Gaga's shows are all ideas stolen from other artist , I could understand if she took some concepts to develop her own but she takes the whole thing. she looks stunning here…. with every flaw she still has every woman in their 50s would kill to look like that.. also that story sounds fake…. she already has contract for 8 more years… and she has more fans in Europe than in the US, and she's not an artist who tends to limit herself and being in one place with the same show… it's not her style. although 1 billion dollars can change anybodys mind!!! its almost the amount she has made in 25 years of career!!!

It was POURING rain and windy at an outdoor theater and she stayed and rocked non-stop dancing getting whomped by the weather along with the rest of us. Took my Mom, who is ill and rarely goes out to see Madonna in Fla 2 years ago- waited in traffic for two hrs. We had to wait over TWO and a HALF HOURS once there while she fooled around with A-Rod, had NOTHING going on before to entertain, we had to leave at 11 (called for 8pm) and she had only done like 4 songs, but I had to get my Mom back- it sucked. what a waste of time and money. Tina knows how to treat the fans and REALLY out on a show. Madonna, I'm a fan of the music, but won't shell out the cash again. (ps:new clothing line stuff is so cheap & cheesy! My 13 yr old niece didn't even WANT anything & I told her I would treat..really awful stuff)

Re: Brainbug – I also saw TT almost 10 yrs. ago & she put on a tremendous show. Her opening act was Joe Cocker, who was excellent as well. By comparison, for Hard Candy, Madge the Vadge had an annoying DJ as opener, and to this day HC remains the single most expensive concert I have ever attended.
WOW! The only thing is I am sure her ticket prices will be through the roof. Even her concert tickets are very high. In Vegas I ams ure it will be outrageous. I don't know if her fans will be able to swing the show, flight, and hotel stay. Will be interesting to see if this come to fruition
