New McFly!!!

Check out their just-released, vampire-inspired music video for Party Girl.

We were taken aback at first, because the song is sonically very different from McFly's traditional sound, but we're really feeling it now!

Thoughts???

:/ meh. Mixed thoughts, I liked the old McFly better but this was alright. The video was crap, apart from Harry's bits which distracted me from the terrible acting and vampires -.-.

With those complaining about how Party Girl is a new style and Lady Gaga inspired I think is a load of bull..Yes Party Girl is a new wave in McFly music, but if you listen to producer Dallas Austin, who has helped them on this album, you will understand his taste in style. All bands no matter who they are are changing. Mcfly can't stay with the pop songs of "5 Colours" and "Obviously" forever. Then again how come "Lies" wasn't a big deal and "Party Girl" is.Lies is just as different as when they came out with Radio:ACTIVE. A true fan would stick with a band no matter the change and recognize the new journey and chapter of the career the band wants to take. That is just my opinion. I personally have lied everything McFly has done and I am glad they keep bringing out a new taste and style to keep everything fresh and they are not pigheaded or trying to override anyone.They are doing what they love to do which is play music for the fans and for themselves.

Okay, for those of you complaining about the new McFly, they are still McFly! They haven't changed and they never will! Will they change their sound? Yes. But does that REALLY make you think that they'll never be the same?! I personally love this new thing they're trying out. They had a new sound when it came to radio:ACTIVE, and no one complained, but now that they have a "GaGa sound" you turn on them? If you were a real fan, you would still love McFly, so get over it and accept the change. Like I said earlier, I love the new McFly, and I always will love them no matter what they decide to do. Like most McFly fans will.
