Life Imitating Art: Miley Gets Dirty In Upcoming Film!
Miley Cyrus is pretending to be all grown up!
In Laughing Out Loud, a new film starring Cyrus and Demi Moore, Miley reportedly loses her virginity, smokes pot, gets wasted, kisses a girlfriend on the lips, and accidentally shows her mom (Demi) her bikini wax.
Scandalous!
At one point, Demi Moore’s character yells at Miley, "You're my daughter, and I won't let you turn into a porn star!"
Despite Miley's racy scenes, Demi told MTV News that in real life Miley is "incredibly grounded" and far removed from her character.
"[Miley] is a true professional, and she truly has a wonderful family. It really shows."
We certainly hope so. Nobody wants to see Miley fall into a downward spiral of craziness like some of the other Disney alumni. (ahem…)

It's from a french movie where there is exactly the same scene, yet it seems to shock people or will be shocking people or even create controversy out of nothing while in france it has just been seen like any teenager movie reflecting reality. Taylor Momsen did a sex scene at thirteen, Dakota Fanning did a rape scene at fourteen, no point in even mentioning all the underage actresses who have done smoking on screen.
If some notice would be taken of the subject of the movie, you would see that all these scandalous parts are only one of many aspects that make the movie. The original French film was hardly scandalous. These are things that happen in the lives of certain teenagers so that's what happens in movies about those teenagers. There are plenty of movies with the same subject matter which don't get that much criticism but those of course don't involve Miley.
Dragging Lindsay into it is also rather pointless because at that age Lindsay didn't do any role like LOL. So their career paths couldn't be any more different.
