I saw the video. It's defiantly Spencer but it's not real clear it's Heidi. Wouldn't surprise me if it was but it looks a bit peculiar. Are we not sure if it's Spencer trying to set her up? The girl has a hug hat on that could be anyone. She had massive roots going on in the back. Would Heidi be seen like that? I don't get why they would set themselves up to get caught in a public place to begin with. That part makes no sense.
