Just 22 days in treatment. Not bad!

      How naive I was to think that between her jail sentence and her rehab I wouldn't have to hear about her for the remainder of 2010. Sigh. I hope she learned something in rehab and chooses a better path for her life.

      She was examined, tested and reviewed and the people that do it for a living said she was determined to be not an addict. So much of what we know is based on pictures from the photo thugs looking for big cash worthy shots. Maybe, just maybe, she is just a young girl with too much fame who likes to party and lives a confused life like many of us do. Maybe we should cut her some slack. She deserves it after paying her dues, if only for a short time. I would bet that even a short time in jail is a long time.

      Look. I am sure Lindsay could benefit from some counseling and from getting away from her crazy parents. But Lindsay should hav never gone to jail or rehab in the first place. This was all a result of the hype from constant harrassment and hounding by the papparazzi, and those nasty little bottom feeders that hang around the clubs, like Brandon Davis. People who do nothing but take up oxygen and start rumors to sabotage other people.

      Yes. Lindsay wants to hang out, and party, and have fun with friends. But she gets around these losers and they just tug, and pull, and tear, at her to drag her down. I hope she's learned from all this and will get away from the Brody Jenners and the Brandon Davis and Paris Hilton types. You know; the people you used to hang out with. You need to stop ragging on her, too, Perez.

      The system failed Lindsay. She needed help and she didn't really get it. She may be enjoying the fact that she's now free from jail/rehab, but an addict is never really free until they are free from drugs and alcohol and in control of it. She hasn't had enough time in jail or rehab to be shown how to control her own life and how to manager her addictions. Addicts don't drink or do drugs for kicks. They do it because they are miserable and feel it's the only way to deal with problems and life. Hooch and pills are in control of her life, not Lindsay. Sad.

      I think it's about how Lindsay was able to get out because Adderall was argued to be the cause of her problems and not drug, alcohol, and/or perscription abuse. I think her lawyer argued that she was mis-diagnosed with ADHA and the subsequent legally perscribed medication caused her to behave in ways that violated her probation. STUPID excuse but I think that's what the article is about- or that Mariah's pregnant.

She would go into the hospital (including UCLA, Century City Hospital, Las Encinas in Pasadena where they do celebrity rehab) and she would play there game. She'd come out and wreek (sp?) havok! Only to go back in again and start the process over again. Has a lot to do with patients rights.

Medical professionals who assess people with addiction problems for a living have said that LiLo's probs weren't as bad as everyone made them out to be.       What have you been smoking?? She didn't go to the Celebrities Are Us Rehab Center She went to UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Hospital. The UCLA medical center is the number one rated hospital system in the country. Who would she have paid off? Her nurses, her treating doctors, the department head, the UCLA hospital administration?? All of them? And the hospital would do and risk it's international reputation why? AND Lindsey would have gotten the enormous pile of money to pay off all these people from where? Maybe, just possibly, not everything you have read about her was true–GASP!!! Perhaps the doctors and psychiatrists who examined her and reported back to the court know more about her drug intake than celebrity gossip columns–GASP!!! Consider the possibilities.
