The Price Of Lindsay's Freedom! These Are The Rules And Conditions!

| Filed under: Lindsay LohanDrugsLegal Matters

While Lindsay Lohan is sitting in her living room eating Carvel soft serve and catching up on all the True Blood she missed, her lawyer was in court this morning, hearing the terms of Lindsay's early release.

There are some STEEP conditions for Lindsay to abide by. We don't think she is going to be happy with them!

The judge ruled that for the next three months, LiLo must reside in California, see a "mental health professional" several times a week and attend five AA meetings per week! She must also take random drug and alcohol tests at least twice a week.

Failure to adhere to any of these terms can (and mostly won't) result in 30 days in county jail for each violation!!!

Wowza! Judge Elden Fox ain't messing around!

So much for freedom, huh?

I don't understand. If she's "not an addict," why does she need 5 AA sessions a week?
    Hmmm?

And if she is sentenced to 30 days in jail, how much of that will she really serve? Maybe 5 days??

  3. 3

Damn! I hope I don't run into my father, he's worst than a flasher at a preteen
Pool Party…Now where the fu@k is Skanky Sam?We were suppose to meet for lunch at Fish and Chips!

Oh, lovely. AA. Just remember Lindsey that you are ordered to attend. You don't have to say you are an alcoholic or participate in any dialog. Just sit there and stare down at the carpet, get your slip signed, and get the hell out.

  5. 5

She'll be back in jail! There's no way this idiot can keep up with all those meetings.

Kudos to the judge. She should've suggested LiLo to drop from that horrible pornoxploitation film she seems to be associated with, but that's prolly beyond her powers.

  7. 7

Wow, that's quite the threat. 30 days in jail. The legal system has already showed their hand to Lovag that 30 days will equal 3 days. No biggie. All this crap attention is the only thing keeping her career afloat.

Re: Severe – Because that is the verbal diarrhea that comes spilling out of judges mouth anytime someone has an alcohol related offense. It is disgusting as hell.

I think the conditions are very reasonable and much better than the latter. There is no reson she can not adhere to all of them. Even if she does not think she has a problem, just being in the element among so many other addicts, eventually a light bulb will go off. Just look at Dennis Rodman on celebrity rehab. Now that was a tough nut to crack. I think she is so lucky to have so many people willing to help her. I think people need to back off and let the healing begin. We are all only human. Good luck,Lindsay!

well, they will keep her alive a LITTLE longer….start the death clock in 3 months plus one day - she was good when she came out the last time too!

  11. 11

No way she can follow all those rules. Too many for her to comprehend. She will do something like go to five meeitngs ina day and say that counts or some other crazy shit liek that.

    Here are the real conditions:

    – Reside at home until further notice
    – Random drug and alcohol testing twice a week
    – Participate in psychotherapy a minimum of 4 days a week
    – Attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week
    – Attend a 12-step program

Nowhere in there is 5 days a week AA meetings. Perez can't even cut and paste correctly.

I can't believe the amount of effort that is placed on this one person. Those of us that have tried hard, paid to go to college ourselves, had lowly jobs and are getting no where in life might have the right to feel sorry for ourselves once and a while. Why is it manipulators seem to win? No offense Lindsay but your story of unearned entitlement blows my mind.

"Failure to adhere to any of these terms can result in 30 days in county jail for each violation"

I'm sure she's shitting bricks over this seeing how her 90 + 90 terms turned out.

  15. 15

I give it 24 hours before Dina comes out saying the judge is corrupt and too harsh and they are vicitms. I give Lindsay less than two weeks to violate the terms. Losers!

results in 3 minutes of 'thought' about jail time hahhhahhhahhh

  17. 17

yeah right-she will continue to violate and nothing will happen. Then she will OD or kill someone and her parents will cry and say what a tragedy it all is and how the system failed her.

  18. 18

3 months? 3 fucking months?! that's it?!?! i know people on probation for at least a year (with no violations), and this bitch gets 3 months. incredible, this state never fucking ceases to amaze me. people who really need the probation (like this skank) only get it for 3 months. that's nothing. and are these truly randon piss tests, or are they gonna notify her the night before like before she turned herself in?

it was sooooo nice not seeing her fug everywhere on the net

  19. 19

What the hell is "mental health professional" in quotes for?

  20. 20

Is her mother muttering "hardball" again?

  21. 21

A longshot…but maybe not. What if Lindsay violates EVERY condition sanctioned by Judge Fox? She's obviously a likely candidate for that. Add-up all of the reduced jail times imposed; have her serve them concurrently, and maybe, just maybe she will serve a realistic sentence. Didn't Lindsay have two back-to-back DUI's and a probation violation? Most anyone here in Arizona would get at least 1.5 years!
