Paris Faces Serious Jail Time!

We're sure it's a pretty scary thought, but if she is convicted, it could happen.

Sources have looked into what kind of sentencing Paris Hilton could get should she be convicted of a felony possession of a controlled substance charge. According to Nevada state laws, the standard setence is 1 to 4 years in prison, along with a fine of up to $5,000.

Uh-oh! Not good news, BB! Hope you working on one hell of a defense!

Let's be honest she won't serve the whole jail sentence. Look at Lindsay Lohan she was supposed to be in jail for 3 months and in rehab for another 3 months but she got out earlier. Celebrities are above the law, it's sick. I'm sure she'll pay her way out.

.8 grams is probably less than what is on the average dollar bill floating around..US drug laws are so stupid..its absolutely crazy that anyone would be put in prison for such a small amount of coke .8 grams isn't even $100 worth of coke…personally not a paris hilton fan but she doesn't deserve to go to jail for this.

I had a super close call in Vegas with a skinny little joint! The police called out for backup like I had robbed a bank, and thank GOD, they didn't find the little bugger because I fired it off the roof of a parking garage and it launched into the vastness of the Universe and disappeared. They even told me if they found it, I was GOING TO JAIL, and we're talking 8th grade style skinny bunk joint.

I hope Paris DOES get charged. I'm tired of seeing these celebutantes live above the law and flaunt their money and get off when the rest of us have to live by a certain standard.

Screw Paris, she's a waste of space.
