Paris Hilton To Be Charged With A Drug Felony
Whoops! Maybe it’s time to start worrying!
Paris Hilton is being charged with a felony — possession of a controlled substance — .8 grams of cocaine to be exact.
The police report of the arrest explained that the cop stopped Paris’ Escalade and smelled “the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.”
After a mob of 100 people had gathered, Paris asked to be excused to the restroom in the hotel.
Outside the restroom, Paris asked the cop for her purse so she could get some lip balm.
Said the cop:
"As she began to open it, I saw a small bindle of what I believed to be cocaine in a clear baggie begin to fall from the purse and into my hand."
That’s some shit luck for Paris.
The cop also found a “broken tablet of Albuterol” (medication used for wheezing) in the purse. Paris told the cop that the Albuterol was hers, but that the purse wasn’t.
It looks like there’s been a shift in celebrity culture: sex tapes are out, going to prison is in.

The prosecutor doesn't need to spout off about it being a felony because her attorney will be allowed to plead the charges down to nothing. Even if they could make the charges stick she won't get felony time for it.

So how did she know that lip balm was in the purse? She also freshen up her face in the bathroom. Ah, if everyday people request a trip to the bathroom it will be one in jailhouse!
