Absolutely horrific.

Sources are reporting that a bull dog owned by Samantha Ronson attacked and killed a smaller Maltese this morning outside of her El Lay apartment.

The dog, which is known to be named Cadillac, also went after the Maltese's owner, but thankfully she escaped with only minor injuries.

911 was called and Animal Control has been dispatched.

Our thoughts our with that poor woman. We can't even imagine how terrifying that situation must have been.

Dog owners should be held responsible for the actions of their pets. I mean why in the world was Sam's dog running free? Or if he was on a leash why didn't she stop him?

BOTH THEM BITCHES IS AS GOOD AS DEAD!! ONE OF THEM BITCHES WILL BE EUTHANIZED. SA-MAN-SON BETTER DO MORE DJ GIGS CAUSE SHE GONNA GET SUED BIG TIME. SUCKS FOR HER.

  3. 3

How in the world did a bulldog get mean enough to kill something? They're the sweetest dogs ever. I guess she didn't properly socialize it. Poor thing. I hope the owner is alright! Why in the hell was the dog running loose anyway? I'd assume she wasn't dumb enough to let it attack something on a lead but you never know.

  4. 4

Know your breeds people, know your breeds. Any breed with "bull" in it have a fighting gene built into them. It's just fact.

  5. 5

Sam and the dog should be put down

  6. 6

    typical..useless owner

This sounds really odd. I have a bulldog and he can't bite. He's all gums and lips. His teeth are hidden behind that. I'm afraid for him when I see another dog because they'd have the advantage. And when we play he can't even get his mouth around the toy. Plus he's the sweetest thing ever. He loves kids and other animals. I could never see him doing something like that. Also they are small animals. IDK sounds iffy. We will see.

Re: LittleMouse – very true. And if you train give them the breed specific training they need, shit like this happens. Some dogs are naturally more territorial than others, and those traits need to be addressed.

  9. 9

Too bad it hasn't bitten her smelly twat.

  10. 10

    Re: LittleMouse
It's ignorance like yours that makes the world a bad place. Yes, they may have been bred to serve such a purpose but genes can't make you bad. It'd be like saying if you come from a family full of drug addicts, that you'll become a drug addict aswell. Sure, the chances are higher… But only if they're present in that kind of environment.

A dog is as good as their owner.

  11. 11

I have 2 english bulldogs that are the sweetest things & wouldnt hurt anyone. Maybe she was an awful owner who didnt raise the dog right. I just find it hard to believe a bullie hurt a person though.

  12. 12

Perez information isn't correct. The smaller dog attacked Sam's dog and neither was killed.

too funny, this shit writes it self a bull dog for a bull d&ke! she is a nothing loser that will go away as soon as lindsay does. Lindsay I adore you but I would give anything to never hear of this pathetic loser again.

  14. 14

Too much time spent on coked out Lindsay the train wreck and no time training your Dog!

  15. 15

My dog was attacked when the other dog broke away from the stunned owner. IOW sheer muscle wins out and a bull dog is all muscle. BTW my thankfully survived.

  16. 16

I hope Samantha Ronson gets sued for this (if true)!

Sounds like the dog wasn't on a leash.

  17. 17

Bull Dogs are sweet natured what the hell did she do to that dog ,that is poor ownership and l hope sam gets in a bucket load of trouble for it

  18. 18

just from this picture of her with her dog you can tell instantly that the dog is the pack leader, which is why the dog did what it did.

bulldogs of any type need especially strong pack leaders or they will take over. any dog will do this, but bullies are well…bully. they will bull their way right over your energy and take control if you won't. i know because i work with my sister's american bulldogs daily and for years.

i am a canine behaviorist and anytime i hear stuff like this, it is ALWAYS the human beings fault. period.

Re: Cassandra Richard – Sorry Cassandra, but Littlemouse is right. It is naivete like yours about dogs that results in tragedy. I have a bird dog, and he is a bird dog because of his genes, it comes natural to him. Some dogs make better guard dogs because of their genes. You cannot ignore their natural instincts.

  20. 20

    I love this dog.

  21. 21

Re: Cassandra Richard – you are a complete idiot. For many many thousands of years man has bred dogs to perform specific tasks - and these breeds were bred to kill. You really know nothing about dogs. The bully breeds have no place in modern society. You can no more train a bully to not want to kill than you can train a terrier to not want to chase rabbits. Just doesnt happen. If your bully is sweet to you it's bkz YOU are part of its pack. In his mind, anyone outside his pack is fair game to kill. Just a matter of time.

  22. 22

Why is it all other news stations are saying that it was the other way around, that the small dog got out and attacked sam's dog? And, there is no report of death of either dog except by you. Strange.

  23. Sass6 says – reply to this

    23

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! As usual it's NOTHING new with u…

SAM'S DOG was attacked by the other DOG…BOTH DOGS are fine…CHECK UR FACTS

    FAT-A*S!!!!!!

  24. 24

Oh Jesus people get your facts straight! Bulldogs are not, and never were, bred to fight! They have the word "Bull" in their name because they were bred to herd bulls. English Bulldogs are notorious for being SWEET and LOVING! They are great with children and are extremely loyal. I have NEVER met a mean bulldog and find it hard to believe one could attack anyone or anything because they have such pronounced underbites that it is difficult for them to attack anything! They are all lips and gums!! I have 2 and have worked with many rescues as well. They are one of the best breeds of dog by far! IF - and this is a big if - this dog actually did attack another dog or person I will be very surprised. Either way, this is NOT the normal behavior of a bulldog.

  25. 25

I was in NYC last week and saw fucking Racheal Rays stupid fucking Izzyboo being walked with about 8 other dogs and a walker. He was straining at the leash, had no social skills, and should have not been walking with so many dogs. He is not socializedd nor a well adapted dog for a city. He is stupid, stepped in front of pedestrians and looks like he would bite. Keep him at home fucking Rachael. And, Yes, I know what fucking Iz looks like, Exactly what he looks like. Fucking liver pitbull.

  26. 26

Izzy reminded me of RR, spoiled stupid, and unable to keep the mouth shut.

  27. 27

Re: Cassandra Richard – Shows how little you know honey. Why do you think a winning Race Horse is so valuable for stud. Or any winner for that matter. And yes, you are a product of your parents. I could take someone who has two really stupid parents, give them all of the college education, elite schooling and every opportunity available and they would not succeed to a smarter persons level. Remember there is a difference between being ignorant and intellect level. Ignorant just means you haven't learned it yet but have the apptitude too……but, stupid is - as stupid does.

    FALSE REPORT

    FALSE REPORT

    WRONG WRONG WRONG

no dogs were harmed. the maltese attacked samantha's dog as well as its OWN owner. the owner sustained a minor injury. animal control was called but neither dog left with them.

    wayyyy off, perez.
i used to be such a fan but your stories are becoming more and more bias.
    disappoint.

  29. 29

    Re: kalijuri
    absolutely.
I have been researching English bulldogs since I am planning to rescue one. They are sweet but they need proper care and behavior training. They will attack if they are challenged, its their nature. And when they do get their jaws on another animal (like all other bulldogs) its impossible to get them to loosen their jaw. They also go into a "zone" where their eyes glaze over and they lose perception to who they are attacking. As awful as it is everything I read says do not interfere when an English bulldog is attacking another dog or they may unknowingly attack their beloved owner.

A good dog owner knows how to distract a bully when it is being challenged and how to get it out of the situation.

sad story for both dogs. animals are animals and innocent. the owners need to take responsibility.

  30. 30

    Re: lalalala

    that is not true.

it took a century but the vicious aspect of English bullies was bred out of them when they were reintroduced as show dogs. Most dogs if not all can become aggressive with improper care in training. The issue is all bulldogs have jaws of steel. And they dont want to be challenged by other dogs. like pissy maltese.

The dog needed its owner to control the situation before it got to that point.

  31. 31

Here in Texas if that happens you go to jail.

  32. 32

Ive been a bulldog owner for over 20 years. A bulldogs nature is calm friendly and mushy but sometimes when it comes to other dogs (especially small ones) they get super pissed. They are very territorial as they represent the US Marines. Basically they will never fight, but on the off chance they do, they will "fight to death" which means they will fight until one of them is dead. The way their jaws are there is no way to seperate.

  33. 33

She should be sued for this. The fact that she is not properly training her dog, and not handling it properly, makes her liable for the actions of the dog.

dog owners need to be held accountable for their pets. it is as simple as that.

the leash she has on the dog right there, and the fact that he is walking in front of her, already show that she is not in control of her dog.

  34. 34

They need to put that dog down. And Cadillac too/

  35. 35

I have a doberman and I've never had him fight any other dog, let alone bite anything but his toys. Guard dogs make good guard dogs because they're trained for it, not because of the genes. The genes would only really effect the physical aspect of the dog. It's nurture that brings out the personality of the dog. A poodle can be just as vicious if not properly cared for. I don't know the full story since apparently people are saying it's not true but I feel really bad if the bulldog really did attack since all that means is she isn't taking care of it at all.
People talking crap about bulldogs having the 'genes' to be aggressive don't realize that all dogs generally have that gene because they're freaking dogs. THEY ALL have the capability to become angry and mean. Any competent bulldog owner can tell you that properly raised they're very affectionate- both to the owner and new people.

  36. 36

    Re: Keelie
    sorry, you are also incorrect.
wiki bullbaiting. they were used to torture bulls by intimidating them in a pit (like pit bulls) and then grab onto the bulls nose with their powerful jaws and not let go. Thats why they have an under bite and their snouts are so short. So they could breathe while the bull fought to get them off. Their entire body shape was bred for this and remains pretty much the same.
It was the dark ages, then when bullbaiting was made illegal breeders started breeding them for show dogs and bred the vicious nature out of them. Thats why they are so sweet today. BUT, it is sad to me that so many English bulldog owners do not bother to learn about their dogs. Bulldogs stay puppy like until they are approx 3 years old. Then when they start to really need an alpha owner, the owners still treat them like big babies and let them walk all over them.
So many bulldogs end up in shelters or rescue because of their ignorant owners who do not know how to deal with an adult Bully.

    just a friendly fyi…

  38. 38

There's a bulldog in my building and apart from it's slobber (which I find kinda gross), the dog is the SWEETEST. I bumped into it once (hard) by mistake and all this dog did was give me the sweetest look. Just a kind and gentle look….it melted my heart!

  39. 39

I'm wondering what the stupid little Maltese did to push the "I FUCKING TOLD YOU TO LEAVE ME ALONE" button on the bulldog. Little dogs are almost 100% of the time to blame for ANY fight or conflict with other dogs.

  40. 40

    Re: jaybles – Agreed.

  41. 41

Perez puts the wrong spin on a SAm story once again. The real story is that the little dog attacked Sam's dog. Animal control was called - the little dog has to go to rehab and Sam's dog has a bite for which he needs a tetnus shot. The little dog's owner was at fault for not keeping her dog under control.

  42. 42

people are blaming this poor dog. its not the dog. all animals are vicious by nature but people automatically try to toughen bulldogs up because of their reputation. this animal was probably not cared for properly and lashed out because of it. also who the hell doesnt have their dog on a leash?

  43. 43

The fact is there is a difference between an aggressive dog and a dominant one. English Bulldogs are known to be dominant, but *not* aggressive…at all! They want their own way but will not bite to get it. They have a very sweet temperament and are recommended by kennel clubs and vets across the USA as a good family dog who gets along great with kids. Google it if you don't believe me.
If (and I stress the "if" part) this story is true, I suspect the Bulldog was either inbred enough to make it mentally unbalanced, or the maltese attacked first and the bulldog defended itself. Considering the Maltese made the list of "top 20 attacking dogs" in Australia, the latter wouldn't surprise me.
I realize there are exceptions to everything, but anyone with a genuine knowledge of English Buldogs would be surprised if an English Bulldog could stay awake long enough to attack anything. And the attack would most likely come in the form of a highly toxic fart, not a bite.

Re: AvaLovesAbs – Save the dog and put Samantha down.

  46. 46

Re: jaybles – I think I have to agree with you. I have a 120lb mastiff and little dogs are always trying to fuck with him. Lucky for them he doesn't pay them any attention.

  47. 47

Jazz Hands Chaz, Your parents must have been REALLY fucking stupid. As well as angry and bitter.

  48. 48

Did they put Sam's dog down?

  49. 49

Re: kalijuri – English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs and American Bulldogs are all very different in personality and nature. You're comparing an English Bulldog to the American Bulldog's your sister works with which is very ignorant.

American Bulldogs - 22-28 inches tall, weigh 70-120 pounds.
English Bulldogs - 12-16 inches tall, weigh 45-55 pounds.

English Bulldogs are do not have a disposition to kill other animals. It's bad ownership.

Re: lalalala – You are a complete idiot. English Bulldogs are bred in society currently simply for companions. You know nothing about the breed or the breed family so your "wisdom" really is just ignorance.
