It seems Lindsay Lohan might be getting the comeback that she desires. The wacktress landed the October cover of Vanity Fair and if everyone believes her shiz, LOLhan might get to legitimately act again.
She talks about her career, family and the reason she ended up in jail.

On her career:
"I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway.On her past:
I don't care what anyone says. I know that I'm a damn good actress. … And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible-but that's what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes.On rumors that she's an alcoholic:
"If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I'm taking and my father says I'm taking-so that says something, because I was fine. I think everyone has their own addictions and hopefully learns how to get past them"On her father:
"I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life."On her alleged drug use:
"I've never abused prescription drugs. I never have-never in my life. I have no desire to. That's not who I am. I've admitted to the things that I've done-to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K., ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it."On the courtroom drama:
It was "hearbreaking" see Ali cry. "The worst part of it is you turn around and you see your dad crying and normally you’d be, like, happy that your father’s there. But then he has to go and do an interview right after."On hanging out with the wrong crowd:
“So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons. A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party.”On first moving to El Lay:
"It was very go-go-go and I had a lot of responsibility; and I think just the second I didn’t have [structure] anymore—I was 18, 19—with a ton of money and no one really here to tell me that I couldn’t do certain things … And I see where that’s gotten me now, and I don’t like it.” The tabloids were “really scary and sad… I would look up to those girls… the Britneys and whatever. And I would be like, I want to be like that.”
Despite Lindsay's denial that she cooperated with photographers, it seems she'll do anything for the money!
“If I called her up right now and said I’ll give you $10,000, she’d come right down,” claims a photog. “Once you’re famous, there’s always a way to make money. She might not be doing what she’d like to be doing, but she’ll always be Lindsay Lohan.”

The thing about Lindsay Lohan and her mother for that matter is that they are deluded. Lilo may be a decent actress but there are many others just like her in Hollywood. She is anything but humble. Her mother has taught her that she is entitled, she bloody well is not. She screws up, there is always someone in the wings waiting to take her place. She now has to knuckle down. Ha, as simple as not going to a nightclub?! Again, delusion on both their parts. This is a long stretch of hard graft and quite frankly, I don't think this pair of swanning arses can grasp that fact. It has been all about the drama and most of all, the publicity at any cost. The front covers are for now, the career that she had has now gone. There are far better actresses out there, prettier and with less baggage. Lindsay will always be associated with drugs and partying. Her parts are now limited - she did it to herself with the help of her enabling and disgusting mother.
She's a lune but that is a beautiful cover.

Oh please not Vanity Fair!!!!!!! I love that magazine. It has such integrity. The articles are in depth, insightful, above the fray. Now this piece of trash on the cover …. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I believe VF will get a letter of complaint from this subscriber.

And a week before jail she has insight, but right after her sentencing in that week or so before she reported to that halfway house for Shapiro, she was clubbing late every night, but all of a sudden right before she goes in she's over clubbing. LOL Grow up, Lindsey. Who gets sentenced to jail and is trying to wrangle their way out of it and hits the clubs every night? NUts.

She's a beautiful woman. I just wish she had enough self worth and humbled herself enough to finally see the things that are wrong and find a way to better her life. She is a good actress, she could be a huge force with her acting and looks and yet she chooses to be known as the "actress" who is more famous for being trashed than for her acting…or lack there of.
and why was 40 year old, I mean 16 year old Ali in the court room anyway? Even on the People's court, Judge Judy, they clear it of 'children'. If there was a chance of her being upset, and she is under 18, she shouldn't be in the courtroom. Oh, wait, Ali, the one that can not handle being in a 'regular' school is soo mature, she can 'handle' adult situations. I don't care how much of a trainwreck she is now, I will always be thankful for the genius that is Mean Girls. Granted it was an ensemble cast that clearly stole every scene from her, but still she was technically in a great movie!

Cocaine is a hell of a drug…so is meth and besides she only had to stop for what? 3 days prior to any drug test to come up clean…yeah I could say I'm not an addict too. I give her 6 months tops, before she is arrested again. 1 week if she can sneak away long enough to call her old meth dealer. Her ADD medication did not give her the all too familiar "coke dent" on the tip of her nose.
aww this makes me feel bad for her. honestly her mom n dad screwed her over. im sure it was so impossible to live with them and be around them that she had to find company somewhere else that mite not have been with people with the best intentions. i honestly hope that before starting to act again she sorts through all her problems even the ones she mite be denying to herself (uhmm uhm drugs n alcohol, linds) then she moves on from there

Re: Ripp52 – That's not true. Vanity Fair is a sleazy tabloid with fancy covers. They sell the images of dead celebrities and Tiger Woods on their covers. They sell a ton of issues, that's why they can afford the greatest photographers and huge celebrities. It has a history of printing blatant lies, and twisted untrue articles based on rumors.
I think Lindsay Lohan is a beautiful girl. It's a fact that she's appeared on more magazines than any other celebrity (teen magazines, entertainment magazines, fashion magazines, mens magazines, womens magazines), count them! She has an appeal.
Every single interview this girl does is the same. The same questions and the same answers.
Interviewer always asked about her career, her past, her drug use, her clubing, her friends.
Lindsay always has some put the blame somewhere else excuse for every single one.

She was on the cover of VF back in the summer of 2006 when she was just coming into fame along with Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie. In fact, they all hung out at one point and Britney Spears joined in for a while. They all got jail or rehab. Nicole and Britney seemed to have learned, but Lindsay and Paris don't seem to get it.

Honestly, everyone is SOOO hard on her. She will be fine. She's just a young adult. Pretty much anyone is her position would do the same thing. Not every young adult likes to party. But some do! There is nothing wrong with that. I mean it's just all about making money and if someone can make money by focusing just on her partying and making her look bad bc of it then THEY ARE GOING TO. Its just life. IDK thats what comes with being famous.
