My parents were far more lenient than Rod was with that phony "just say no" attitude he has here. My parents didn't tell me no. They told me to go ahead and do what I was going to do but they advised me that I better save a lot of money before I did anything illegal because they wouldn't be bailing me out.

first off, if Paris were in fact innocent, then, she would have NO problem submitting to drug testing, no? and spare us all this ridiculous stream of fluctuating excuses.
But of course we all know, she can not do this.
So nice to be rich and have a lawyer find loop holes for you. Perhaps your parents should have named you "De ja vu" instead of Paris, since they were looking for something French, no? seems more appropriate.

Great parenting advice "give it a try" "they're going to do it anyway". What? This from a man who has six children with four women. Like your music Rod, but you're not in a position to guide Paris, since you have likely not lived with any of your children for more than a weekend.

Rod Stewart is immensely talented…at music. His parental talents leave much to be desired. He really shouldn't be giving advice on the latter.

That would have been good advice for Paris…ABOUT EIGHTEEN YEARS AGO! Problem is that Paris (if she weren't on perennial emotional-development hold) could herself be the mother of a 12 year old today.

(Or, had she done "a Bristol", her kids could be entering high school right now)!

Heck, had she not swallowed them all, even the sperm in the cell phone tape that made her famous could have, by now, made her the mommy to a grade-school-aged kid. She would be helping someone with their second grade math homework and not suckin' on bongs while in traffic.

Time to grow up. And that might either mean to kick the drugs OR maybe just admit to them. "My name is Paris Hilton and I'm the richer, better-showered version of Squeaky Fromme…"

Personally, I think the most sane and mature thing that Paris has done in life is to have not reproduced. Maybe she's smarter than we think that way.

i agreed with Rod Stewart.

i think that Paris Hilton needs to own up that she doing drugs and she has drug problem. She needs stop lying about it. I think it time to stage another invention for Paris.
