He was so much cuter back then! Today he just looks…gaunt (and that is without the vamp makeup). Man could use a few more pounds on him to fill in those hollow cheeks. Definitely a cutie in '93 though.

God! I actually remember this commercial! Haha! Always thought there's something quite familiar with vampire Bill…
And yes, he's dubbed over, although he might speek with a different accent when he's not on the show, he definitely doesn't usually speak swedish…

He is English, not Swedish so of course it is dubbed. In fact all of the actors in that ad are English so it was probably made for England and the same company used it to sell all over Europe. Dubbed adverts are common in Europe.
