More dramz for John Travolta!

Ex-ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne, who allegedly tried to exort $25 million from the actor after the death of his son Jett, is now claiming that Travolta "betrayed" him after they had an "agreement" that all charges would be dropped.

According to Lightbourne, he and Travolta's lawyers struck a deal, stating that if Lightbourne stayed away from the media, all charges would be dropped against him.

However, the retrial is set to begin this coming Monday in Nassau and now Lighbtbourne says he's been "duped."

He adds, "We had an agreement. I feel betrayed by Mr. Travolta. We took his word for it. Now it's all over the newspapers, the press, the Internet
and we're hearing all kind of things."

Meanwhile, Travolta's attorneys say that they met with Lightbourne, but made no guarantee that they would drop the charges.

Hmm, it's hard to believe someone who tried to extort money.

What do U think?

Does Lightbourne actually expect anyone to care that he feels "betrayed"? YOU TRIED TO EXTORT MONEY FROM A GRIEVING MAN. There is no concern for you or your feelings. You can suck it. And I hope they throw the book at you as hard as it can be thrown, jackass.

YOU feel betrayed? After YOU tried to extort a large sum of money from this man while he was grieving over the death of his son?! What in a million years makes you think that you deserve anything? That you feel the right to even be betrayed after the shit you pulled last year? I haven't heard anything from Johns side of this other than that he is happy with a new baby on the way and of course you pick a happy moment in their lives to be a pest. You wont even mention what he did. You have no right pal, none at all.

It all seems shady, like most court cases against movie stars.

You took pictures of his son and he and his wife owe you something. You deserve what you get.

there's no such fucking thing as an 'ambulance driver', you are a stupid man perez. he is an emt or a paramedic, not a taxi for the injured.

Travolta and his sick cult are 100% responsible for the kids death.

Screw Lightbourne. Has does it feel to have someone "take advantage" of you? if it were me, I would have done a lot worse.

Re: boston61 – You're sick, judgemental, horrible and revolting. And I am not a scientologist - just someone with a moral compass and a brain.

My Grandfather was the owner and pilot of his personal air taxi corporation. One day, he had to fly John Travolta to the Philly airport. Now, my Gramps wasn't much on pop-culture, so he didn't know who Travolta was. He did, however, keep saying to him, "You look so familiar. Have you done commercials?" Travolta responded with a smile and said, "Yeah, something like that." This was about a year after Grease was released. About a week later, Grandpa was watching a TV interview and yelled out to us, "Hey, this is the guy I flew last week." We were stunned. My Grandfather said that Travolta was a complete gentlemen. He insisted on loading his own luggage and wasn't diva-ish at all. He was so nice, that my grandfather invited him into the cockpit, where they swapped stories all the way to Philly. He also told us that Travolta admitted he was taking flying lessons and loved flying in general. My Grandfather liked this man so much, he let him take the controls for half an hour! Gramps said he was grinning ear to ear the whole time & wanted to purposely fly into clouds ’cause he liked "the bumps!" Up to the day my Grandfather passed away, he told everyone that John Travolta was one of the nicest clients he ever had. So okay, maybe his religion is stupid, but that's his choice. And as we ALL should know by now, one's religion does not necessarily influence the character of a man - whether for better or worse. He was a gentleman. Period.

There are no real guarantee's in life - you get what you give and right now your payback is well having the gracious return policy put in full force….suck it up a**hole!

I don't know but for some reason I vaguely recall learning that there are no Gentleman's Agreements when it comes to international extortion claims. I mean, you might shake on it but I don't think its so much binding as it is an effective tactic on the part of the victim of the extortion to escape the island unharmed.
