The Ninth Circuit Has Ruled That California's Proposition 8 Is Unconstitutional!!!!
Yes! It most certainly is!!!
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling invalidating Proposition 8 this morning, confirming that the bill is unconstitutional and should be thrown out! Judges Stephen Reinhardt, Michael Daly Hawkins and N. Randy Smith voted 2-1 that passing the bill goes against this country's Constitution and banning same-sex marriage violates the very foundation of freedom this country was built on!
It's a MASSIVE step in the right direction and EXTRAORDINARY news for all those who want to see real change in this country. With that said, the fight is far from over as ProtectMarriage, the backers of Proposition 8, can appeal the decision to a larger panel of the 9th Circuit or go directly to the U.S. Supreme Court.
You know what? We say, "BRING IT ON!!!!" It seems like more and more, the fair and just people of our government are on the side of equality and we whole-heartedly feel like it will be sooner rather than later that we will see same-sex marriage become legal in California!
Rejoice and spread the good news! Equality for all is on its way!!!

SHE BUTCHERED THIS, the demo artist made this song amazing. Selena just doesn't have the depth needed to belt this. Another Disney autotuned, prepackaged, child with little or no real talent to back it up…
selena gomez has a decent voice. she doesn't have a great voice, but it's decent. she said in one interview that she loves to sing. she never called herself a singer. her main thing is acting. i like the video. it actually makes sense with the song, unlike some videos today. also, it's not "bubblegum pop." it's just pop. i don't know if anyone noticed that her vocals were blended in with the demo that has been on the internet for a while. in some parts of the song, it sounds like she improved a little bit. also, when people comment on her vocals, most of you think that she's the only one who uses auto-tune. most of the artists today use auto-tune. the only criticism that i have for her is that she needs to move her body a little more because in some scenes, she looked stiff. i also felt like the song was too big for her. i think the song should have gone to leona lewis because leona has a great voice and it fits her voice. i also think that it sounds the same as every other song out there and the whole desert theme has been done too much, so i can't really call it original. the way i'm seeing it, i think that the song could be a hit because of the melody, beat and lyrics. i don't think that it could be as big as naturally, but i could be wrong. even though she didn't write the song, the lyrics are beautiful. all in all, i think her voice is decent, she looked pretty in the video, and the song is okay, but it seems like someone else could have done the same thing.

i really like this chick. like you can hear in her voice that she really wants this and is trying her best. that's a hell of a lot more than i can say for a lot of stars today who put in hardly any effort but will raise hell if you say that about them. she may not always be a chart-topping success, but i bet she'll still be working in the biz long after a lot of her more famous counter-parts become "who"?
Shes a good role model and actress, but she should stick to that. Plus this song sounds really early 2000's

I've always read about though I've never seen her act nor heard her sing. I think she has a decent voice, decent enough for her to have an album. She can more than carry a tune in my opinion. The song is nice and the video suits it well. At least she is singing and doesn't sound like one of them auto-tuned-helium-voiced brats the music industry keeps pushing our way, you know? Give the girl a break.
I live very close to Disney World and it is know there that this girl is not nice to her fans:( I don't think she has any talent I wish her the Jo Bros. Demi L. And Bieber would go away! But, at least she needs to learn how to be nice to her fans!
She's a cute girl but she has that same whiney vocal style that the Jonas Brothers have and it's overly auto tuned.
