She was super nervous while performing Keri Hilson's Turn My Swag On, but….

She did an awesome job!

And Cher will only get better as time goes on!

Not gonna hate on a little girl so all I am going to say is maybe if she took some voice lessons and learned how to calm her nerves before a performance she may be able to get some off-broadway work. She still has a looong way to go though. but props to her for having the courage to get up and sing on national television. That's not a easy feat.

I don't get how the hip hop moves made it "fake", the song is called Get My SWAG On. At least she didn't just stand there singing a song that has attitude. She got into it and actually performed it. I liked it but agree with Re: kgrocho – that she should work on her nerves. I think that if she came out with an album, I'd download it illegally. Probably wouldn't drop money on it but I'd want it. "If you be hatin' just be mad at yourself."

This girl CAN sing! got a good attitude and has total control over the stage!

Re: ILoveJesseMac – there is somthing about the girl that reminds us of cheryl, even simon pointed it out. but yes she is a 100 times better singer than cheryl. wether or not you like cheryl or not, the woman is a member of one of the biggest girlbands of all time, has a hugely sucessful solo career and has mentored last years and the year before thats winners, she must be doing somthing right hunny!

I never said anything about me knowing more about music.. But I do know A LOT about it!! My dad is a music producer so I've grown up with it.. And I'm studying music .. So yeah, I know about music.. And I bet more than her.. The only thing she does is buy a song, sing it, use a lot of auto-tune, lean a dance then has to lipsync cause she cant really sing but uses the excuse that she has to dance even though that she's a "singer“ and not a dancer!

she's not bad, shes really good, but so many of you have compared her to someone else, it shows there isn't anything unique about her, that there are alot of people who sound like her. Also, I know plenty of sixteen (and around) year olds that can sing like that, not me lol, but thats when they start getting picked up by companies and such.
Though if she does get through, I wonder how she will do in the live shows, doing all the different genres etc?

I like her. I liked her voice and her 'tude. Maybe it wasn't the best song for her, but she made it work. She reminds me of a sort of strange mix between Stacey Orrico and Jannelle Monae, going by her voice, style, and facial movements and expressions.

I live in London and can honestly say she has the vocal talent and look that these people are going for. She def needs to be cleaned up, with choreography and performance. But for a raw act, she def has crazy talent and the Brits are going to embrace her. She can sing and many of the young brit girl stars fake their vocals. Good Luck CHER!!!! She gave me the CHILLS! (I bet Simon loved that she was skinny too.)

she's on "this morning" today looking like she's been styled to high heaven. i don't like how they're doing this. they're shoving her down our throats and at this early stage i think it's going to count against her. we like an underdog in the UK and people are going to be sick to death of her by the time the live shows come around. she looks like she doesn't have her own personality but that's what simon and co want. she's got all her style tips from music videos. find yourself, darling! stop copying everyone else and you'll be much more likeable!

The reason why Simon was interested in this girl was not because she has a good voice - she has a very mediocre voice. She floated the same off-key note the entire performance. The only reason Simon put her through is because, with a little training and some boost of confidence, this girl is the first relevant act to hit the show. She's young, she's got the look, she's got a personality, and she's someone that the young audience can connect to. Certainly NOT because she's any better a singer than anyone else that's been on this show. In fact, she doesn't even come CLOSE to most of the other contestants I've seen on here. She just fits the cliche pop star mold of today. Read all the comments and see how many people are fooled by it. Goodbye goes to my hope for real music and real talent in this industry, it is certainly dead.

I don't get it, Simon is obviously thinking she is sixteen and he wants to be hands on for her career molding. The rest of the contenders must have been really bad. First thing is going to have to be a make-over and maybe some plastic surgery. The whole judging thing looks staged. Do they tape all the parents during the try-outs on this show? Something smells fishy in jolly old England.

I hate this girl, if you go onto a tv talent show, DON'T make yourself look exactly like the judge you're singing to, you look like a moron.
And that face she pulls while she's singing :/ o m g.
As my friend said 'She'll get through, ’cause she can sing abit and loads of guy will wanna' do her', to which me, my boyfriend and his friend replied 'No thanks, I think I'd leave it'.
On the plus side, if she doesn't win she could always become a Cheryl lookalike.
