      even if she was drinking what does it matter i live in the britain and i know that people younger than miley drink so in europe it is easy to drink and get served..this picture doesnt even prove that she has been drinking and so what if she has a drink wont kill her! and she is having a life and growing up, being a teenager it is what we do!!!

      You can get into clubs in France at 16. They changed the drinking age to 18 but it's not really enforced. And it used to be that the vodka and Redbull combo was illegal in France. Maybe that's changed. I don't see the harm.

      When I was 16 my friends and I would go into clubs with fake ids and get shit wrecked, dance with endless guys, puke everywhere, and then not remember a thing the next day. That was our friday. And our saturday was getting high as kites and going to see movies. So, I'm just saying….Mileys not the only teen in the world who parties like there's no tomorrow…and she isn't even that bad at all. I think we should all do 5 tequila shots to remind us of that. Thank you!

      she looks drunk in the second picture. the drinking age is now 18 in france as i have literally just got back from a holiday in paris. the fact is she shouldn't even be in a club anyway whether she is drinking or not as the age is 17 not 18 she is too yung to be there. she is only there because of her fame. she should be a role model to her young fans and that is by following the law in the country she is in. If she goes there when she is 18 then there is no problem its just think of what her young fans think. they see miley breaking the law and then they think its ok. well its not!

      I think you could be right for once perez. the drinking laws in europe are not as strict as north america. correct me if im wrong but i think the drinking age in france is 16 or 17. not sure but i do know many places in europe dont even have legal drinking ages. and u caan get into some clubs at her age and besides she a celeb so shed be able to get in anyways.
