We're impressed! This is pretty cute!

It looks like Willow Smith, Will and Jada's nine year old daughter, is getting into the music biz! Check out her first single, Whip My Hair (above)!

It's got a Lil' Mama sound, don't you think??

We like it! Keep up the good work, bb!

Oh, yeah, it IS impressive what money and autotune can do. *groan*

  2. 2

This is soo sad. Child Services needs to rescue these children!! The Smiths are child abuses–pushing their children to be in the spotlight…unbelievable.

  3. 3

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz who cares about these entitled brats

  4. 4

  5. 5

    sounds, kinda, like Rhianna's voice…

  6. 6

shes what 9 or 10? i cant hate on her…she sounds good..its cute…and with some help…who knows how good she can get…the potential is there

  7. 7

I think Will and Jaeda should let their kids be kids ffs.

  8. 8

Yet another no talent getting attention because of WHO she is related to. Funny how this super rich and privileged spoiled brat from Beverly Hills manages to sound so ghetto. LOL "I whip my hair back and forth"? really? who came up with that retarded phrase, her equally untalented mother?

  9. 9

This is worse than anything I have ever heard.

  10. 10

she's 9 years old, am i the only person who thinks that this is a tad disgusting?

  11. 11

Sounds just like Rihanna. Just what we need! Can't these kids have a normal childhood?

  12. 12

Nails on a chalk board horrible.

  13. 13

Wow. This is from a 9 year old. Get it Willow! haha not my kind of music but still pretty impressive. Will and Jada are raising superstars.

  14. 14

Wow. So her dad bought her an autotune machine and some studio time. What a true talent.

  15. 15

  16. 16

    oh lord. she is NINE!
    this is bad

I don't care if she is a child, this song is GARBAGE!!!!!

  18. 18

    Scientology kills!
    Remember Lisa McPherson

  19. 19

wow. is that really her singing this song is better then rihanna's only girl. I like willow she's a cute girl and if she keeps this up she will be big.

  20. 20

lol. is this real? are you serious?!?! wow. no wayy…no 9 yr old sounds like that…if i was on a mic when i was 9 i would sound like a chipmunk..not rihanna…WOW.

  21. 21

    spare us please!!!!

  22. 22

Re: VanessaXDD – clearly you haven't heard anything justin bieber has done… /// this song is too auto tuned up for me to judge it.. but i can hear some talent there.

  23. 23

I think Will and Jaeda's kids have talent. Even though the parents are paving a way for them, they naturally have talent on their own.

  24. Wrenn says – reply to this

I get a major lezbo vibe with this kid.

  25. 25

  26. 26

LOVE Will Smith, but this family is weird to me. Already can't stand his kids.

  27. 27

this is ridiculous…she cannot sing at all…whip her hair back and forth? what a joke

  28. 28

why have all the comments been deleted?

  29. 29

I whip my hair? Sounds like someone whipped her mouth.

  30. 30

Will Smith should stop fame-whoring his kids out. No doubt this one will become an obnoxious entitled little shit like her brother.

  31. 31

Why would someone write a song about whipping your hair back and forth? Stupid.

  32. @v@ says – reply to this

There are repercussions for putting a nine year old into the industry. Kids only get one childhood. I guess hers is done.

  33. 33

Looks like most of her hair has been shaved off. "I whip my hair". LOL lame.

  34. 34

SUPPORT CHILD LABOUR! woo hoo mom and pops haven't done anything notable in a year right so they over compensate by filling the headlines with their children in order to keep their own names relevent. When did it become such a bad thing to just let a kid be a kid…now they all gotta be commodified and shit.

  35. 35

she seems a tad young to get into the 'rap' business…

  36. 36

cute, but WAAAY too much autotune. she does sound a lot older than 9, though.

  37. 37

If singing one note in monotone over and over is considered talent these days then she is genius.

  38. 38

Not only does this song SUCK, and it takes absolutely NO talent to record this, but she's 9 years old! "I whip my hair back and forth"? Really? I really like Will and Jada, but they need to let their kids be kids and stop pushing the entertainment industry on them so early.

  39. 39

You know … I watched Oprah and saw all three kids … the oldest seems really down to earth and normal. Jaden is a narcissist in the making and a brat … however willow … I thought she was great too … excellent style … and she sounds a bit old on this tract but she's definitely got talent.

People say will and jada are pimping their kids out … I dont think thats the case … the oldest has said he's uninterested in hollywood and wants to play sports and go to college .. and his parents fully support that. So I believe with Jaden and Willow they are kids who love to sing and act and their are parents encouraging and supporting there childrens dreams .. last I checked .. thats proper parenting. Hopefully with the right guidance they can transition gracefully from child stars to adult stars .. it is possible. Not everyone is a Dina Lohan.

  40. 40

    auto tune much?

    ugh, this SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  41. 41

The sound and the song are effin' annoying!!! Just because you are the child of a star does not make you one by default.

  42. 42

OMG!!! That's awesome…not! How pathetic that parents can buy their children into being an actor or music phenom….when they're just average…so sad! Give them a chance to grow up and maybe they'll find something that they are good at the will make a difference in this world…

  43. 43

I wonder what she would sound like without all the money and autotune. I think she should just be a kid. Whats the rush?

  44. 44

In what alternate universe would someone give a flying crap about this overindulged underdeveloped autotuned piece of work? This poor kid has no chance of growing up in any normal manner. Shame on them for pushing her out into public expecting anyone to think this is art or music or talent. Let her go to school and play hopscotch with her friends. She should be playing with dolls and playing dress up. This is horrific.

  45. 45

It SICKENS me how all these little punk ass kids think THEY GOT WHAT IT TAKES

  46. 46

It SICKENS me how all these little punk ass kids think THEY GOT WHAT IT TAKES to be in the biz like thier parents are!! Take this little shit, she'll go off and put out a few albums that are all SHIT while REAL talent sits waiting for the big time. And the Smiths boy, fucks his name, Jaeden, couldnt fuckin act his way out of a paperbag, BUT when your daddy and mommy had loot, they can buy your talentless ass a career. WASTED MONEY ON TALENTLESS KIDS!

  47. Jai says – reply to this

How gross that her parents are already trying to market her. She should be enjoying a normal (or at least normal by Hollywood standards) childhood, not trying to start a career at age 9.

  48. 48

i actually like it. the only bit i hate is that ï whip my hair back and forth" repeating. its really annoying.the rest is pretty good though.

  49. 49

I'm impressed! The girl has definitely got a talent :D If it wasn't for her status as a celebrity kid I think ya'all would have allowed yourself to admit you are impressed as well.

  50. 50

I think the song is cute and all, but what does a nine year old really know about "swagger" and "haters"? Shouldn't they be more worried about arranging tea parties for their stuffed animals and jumping in mud puddles?

  51. 51

funny all of u are apparently the parenting kings/queens but ud prob let ur daughter walk out in a mini skirt and show no discipline. stop fucking hating holy shit. its not like they have a gun to there head, there parents arent forcing shit so fuck off and go back to ur gay supporting racist ass world

  52. 52

    Is she 9 or 19?

  53. 53

Re: Faboulicious – i agree. the chorus or whatever, the part where she goes "i whip my hair back and forth" is extremely annoying but the rest is cute. she sounds like rihanna.

  54. 54

    she can duet with suri

  55. 55

If their daughter wants to be an artist, fine, but damnit let her be a child for a while and stop pimping their pre-teen kids out.

  56. 56

Uhh… first the son, now the daughter. Will Smith is apparently turning into a Joe Simpson-style parent. Schlepping his kids from audition to studio trying to convince people they have an iota of his charisma or an ounce of their mother's talent. Won't happen. This is as big as they're going to get. Can't blame dude for trying… but NO. Thank you. I think over-13 set is all done with having more than Will and Jada. Maybe when Jaden's 40, he'll make a movie that counts.

  57. 57

yea and all of you talking about o0oh shouldnt she be doing tea parties like damn how old are you wtf were you doin when you were 9 probably running the street being badass children damn get off of her dick

  58. 58

Please don't tell me we're going to be seeing pictures of this ridiculous family every day of our lives? No? Thank you. Anybody…ANYBODY can sound good with all the sound helpers and background Will Smith can buy for his children. I imagine they've dropped out of school.

  59. 59

Dude, she's like 10 guys. Chill out. She probably just did it for fun.

  60. 60

she's supposed to be 9 years old singing about swagger, partying, whipping her hair back and forth……wtf, go be a kid.

  61. 61

its cute. lol at least its not a whore song

  62. 62

If it weren't for her parents people wouldn't even give her a chance. Autotune can make anyone sound good, you don't need talent. This girl is a prime example. It's sad that someone who has no voice gets the chance of a lifetime that many people with talent dream of, just because of her parents. But u know what, she's not the one to blame, Will and Jada are. Stop whoring out you're children. I used to like you guys, but seriously, they're two years old, let them have a child hood, selfish bitches. When they're 13, they can decide whether or not they want to do this.

  63. 63

Yay for autotune and daddy's influence. Sick to death of these no talent celebuspawns getting prefrential treatment while real talent langquishes in Hollyweird.
And why would parents of any sort want their 9 yr. old out there like that? What they don't have enoujgh of an inheritance to leave to them?
I'd be more impressed if one of these celebuspawns wnet out and actually earned their career out of the spotlight.

  64. 64

Oh andso much for them wanting their private lives adn family time out of spotlight.

  65. 65

    she sounds exactly like rihanna

  66. 66

    100% better than Rihanna's new song! Impressive for a 9 year old…

  67. 67

I like the song but I don't understand why it's necessary for the little girl to do music at 9 when her parent are so rich?

  68. @v@ says – reply to this

She can sing in tune. (I think, autotune excepted.) The thing is, if she's good at nine, she'll still be good or probably far better when she's done high school, or even college. Imagine doubling or tripling the skills and coming out of the gate instantly blowing doors off (but) when she's educated, grown, and ready.

  69. 69

My goodness, she's 9 years old. I doubt her parents are pimping their children out. It sounds like two want to be in the industry while the oldest does not, and both parents support it.

Her parents have the connections, so they're going to make it happen for their kids. Stop being so jealous and hiding behind "it's child abuse" claims. If that's what the kids want to do, then that's what they'll do.

  70. 70

Anyone stop to think that maybe, just maybe, these "abused kids being pushed into the spotlight by their crappy famous parent" actually want to do this? I think there a touch of the green eyed monster going around some of you know it alls, just because some kids out there are born with privilages. It's not Willow's fault her dad worked his ass off to get what he has for himself and his family, so what if he uses his influences to get good things for his kids, would you turn it down if it was handed to you? Probably not. Seriously guys, you don't even know the child and you assume its because her parents push her to do it? Probably not the case.

  71. 71

Umm, why is this NINE-YEAR-OLD kid singing about "whipping it reaall haaard"?!?! WTF?

  72. 72

no she beats out lil mama, rihanna, but i dont think im ready to see a nine year old out there singing/touring/etc…sorry but i think we can all agree nothing good comes out of letting children blow up to stardom early. especially here in the usa, for some reason child stars here have more problems than anywhere else

  73. 73

    Re: Faboulicious

    You are full of shit.

  74. 74

Re: Wrenn – Me too. Major rug muncher.

  75. Eris says – reply to this

It sounds like a little rich brat with loads of money for autotune and a style copied from tip to toe to that of Rihanna, which imo is a disappointment since Rihanna is another no talent.

  76. 76

  77. 77

Re: jellsffs – Agreed. Does everyone have to be in the business?

  78. 78

  79. 79

Re: MaryAlice – Your the only one that makes any sense.

  80. 80

The Smiths need to stop singing. Maybe Will did get some minor sucess but it doesn't mean getting Jaden and Willow into the business will do any good.

  81. 81

I think it's catchy it could be a big hit with the tweens. She does sound like Rhianna, I would love to hear her voice without all the autotune, etc. And I don't think Will and Jada are pimping their kids, just letting them live their dreams.

  82. 82

kind of annoying at the start but its ok, but her parents should encourage her to get a proper job instead of profiting from their talent and fame

  83. 83

just because she's will daughter doesn't mean she has talent. big thumbs down for this!

  84. 84

    Sounds more like Rihanna

  85. 85

    nepotism again!!!

  86. 86

Um…wow people the comments are waaaayyyy too much. Why are ppl talking about a 9 year old like that!?!?? Seriously. And how are their parents "pushing" them into the business? Most kids, especially kids that live in Hollywood want to be some kind of entertainer when they grow up. You people are disgusting for even talking like that, and you're wrong.

Anyway, the song is goofy as all hell, and I'm 23 so its not really my taste. But I am sure other tweens will like it. It sounds like their music. And what retard said her mother had no talent…you're an idiot. She's an ok/good actress, I watch her show, and it doesn't suck :-)

  87. @v@ says – reply to this

Re: MaryAlice – Yeah, because it so worked for Michael Jackson.

  88. 88

of course the kid WANTS to do it, what 9 year-old kid wouldn't want to be famous? Parents can't let their kids do whatever they want, they'll realize later that they're parents were right when they refused to expose them at such a young age. Forming your identity is a part of puberty. Children should be able to develop, they should be able to change and grow, and not be packaged at 9. It fucks you up when you're made public as a child. I'm a teenager, and I am a VERY different person from when I was 9 years old and that's because I've been able to develop normally and find my own identity, if I was marketed at that age and being judged at that age it would REALLY FUCK ME UP.

  89. 89

    It's autotuned to death!

  90. 90

i am NOT surprised to read all the negativity aimed at a 9 yr old who probably just having FUN with the opportunities available to her because of who her parents are. She does have talent. she has a nice voice, i think they should not have used auto-tune but hey, i am not the expert.

My only worry is that i dont think there is a market fo this. Good luck to her anyway. And God bless all the nay sayers.

  91. 91

Re: ClaudiaK – i dont think kids today know what hopscotch is. But the music is cool, as long as its what she wants, and there are real ppl around to keep her grounded.

  92. 92

heh i actually kinda like this… i would like to hear her without autotune though!

  93. VONiE says – reply to this

    she's sounds like a wanna-be Rihanna && i don't like -__- not a good look for her

  94. 94

    It's not too bad.

  95. 95

    Re: jayhawaii22

  96. 96

    Re: @v@

Google "Jodie Foster" and "Ron Howard" Then Google all the fucked up kids who do not live in hollywood.

  97. 97

    Re: truefact

Yes, because all the fuked kids are hollywood kids. Every other kid is an angel.

  98. 98

    its good :)

  99. 99

she's nine yrs old -_- give her a break and im sure they love what they do im sure they didn't get forced all of you are bitter stop hating this song is the ish nd appropriate for a 9 yr old…and you talking bad about isnt gonna stop her im sure..don't get mad cuz she makes more than you would make in your whole life time bring her up don't tear her down smh..you ppl should be ashamed.
