Beyonce Pays Up!

Beyonce has just paid quite a hefty 5-figure settlement to Philip Markowitz after she "invaded his neighborhood" for a music video shoot.
Markowitz sued Beyonce and her production crew back in May, claiming she was a major disturbance while filming the music video for "Why Don't You Love Me" in the Hollywood Hills.
Apparently the crew trespassed onto Markowitz's driveway…
He says:
"I'm happy with the settlement, but this lawsuit shouldn't have happened in the first place. They set up on my property without asking and [the settlement] should send a notice to other production companies that they need to respect the rights of property owners."
Sounds like someone should pipe down and just be happy about the money he got!

'BEYONCE' obviously feels they should feel honored she was there. He should be allowed to take a whole lot of people to where she lives, on a day when she needs, wants to be somewhere, and have him block her in, sit on a lawn chair on her property, and be annoying. Permission needs to be granted from a property owner to set up on their property. SomeBODY didn't do their JOB, and it's cost Bey some 5 figured cash and some reputation.

Well I certainly wouldn't want anybody trampling all over my property without notice or permission, disturbing the neighborhood and trespassing. However, I do wonder what "trespassed onto the driveway" actually entailed.

These pompus celebrities and film crews think they are entitled to do as they please and own neighborhoods when they come and film and thats hardly the facts .
The film people paid to settle because they were in the wrong and would have lost even more in court .
I can't beleive the ignorant posters that name call the homeowner as if he is in the wrong for wanting to be paid for someone using his property to make their money . The negative posters need some common sense and legal education
