Heidi Montag announced via Twitter that she still intends to sue The Hills' creator Adam DiVello for sexual assault!

She Tweets:

"Sheridan granted by Judge to sue creator DHW! YES! This means my sexual assault suit against Hills creator Adam Devilo will also go to court"

Yikes!

Hmm…..let's see, she is notorious for making up stories for media attention. Heidi is simply doing this again. However what she will be banking on this time around is that this individual will choose to settle as not to go to court and face a lengthy trial. Heidi will win two ways, all the media outlets will carry it, and she will get money from MTV. Really, its a win, win for her. Sad, but true.

One court case doesn't have anything to do with the other. Different judges and different set of evidence or lack there of…

She's just an attention whore. No judge will allow her case since Heidi and Spencer have zero credibility and there are witnesses that contradict their story. Heidi is mental!

Wow this pic always makes me smile. It reminds me of the fun, happy, funny Heidi. With the swelling gone down, it doesn't even look like she had much down. Even her boobs look smaller now. I guess when she was bragging over and over again about how much she loved it, she was seeing past the swelling.

Heidi Montag is fake "vacationing" in Costa Rica….she got more surgery! She is wearing a bandage and a splint on her nose and that means she had a third rhinoplasty. Tape is only used to secure dressing in the immediate postoperative period for five days. She prob also got a reduction in breast size which will increase the separation space between her breasts. The lawsuit? Ridiculous.
