Hellcats Come Out Strong! Meow!

For now, The CW is having a strong start to their season, with new show, Hellcats, delivering the largest non-Top Model overall audience since Gossip Girl in 2007! The premiere brought in 3 million viewers!

Impressive!

We're hoping this goes HUGE for our girl The Tiz! She totes derserves it!

      god damn can't we get some good tv shows… I think tv producers either think we are all flaming gays or are 14 yr old high school girls… geesh!! I would rather watch nasty pickle pounding snooki

      It got less than half the ratings of Camp Rock 2. I wouldnt consider that 'huge'.

      NBC had the highest number of viewers with 11.94 million for "America's Got Talent."

      CW had the lowest number of viewers.
      Hellcats - 2.99 million
      America's Next Top Model 2.88 million

      CBS's Big Brother had 7.71 million viewers

      If this had been any other person besides Ashley who kisses your ass Tisdale, you would have declared Hellcats a dismal failure.

      you know what…the show wasnt THAT bad. im not into cheerleading so it doesnt relate to me or keep my attention.
      Ashley's character made me laugh from her first line. and when she was defending cheerleading.
      and the main blonde girl reminds me of Peyton from OTH. and the black dude was on OTH, hes a pretty good actor…
      i think the show can last.

      Perez! I can't believe you didn't go on about the lesbian character, "Wedge"! She's actually one of the more fun characters and you didn't even mention her? For shame!!

      This Tisdale girl is a dumb Disney fembot. She can't sing, she can't act, and looking at those numbers she's not famous enough to carry a show. Without Disney, this girl is royally f*cked.

      I saw it last night and it was okay. The cast's acting could have been better though.

      Camp Rock 2 had 8 million viewers

      How does 2.99 million viewers make it a "strong start?" And how is that impressive?

      Fuckin' dumbest show ever. Stopped to watch for a few minutes since the title appeared interesting. Unfortunately, the title is the only interesting thing about it. No brain cells are required to watch & your eyes glaze over with the vapidness of the characters. No wonder today's teen girls want to look like hooker porn-sluts. Look what their programming shows. Luckily a rerun of Rubicon was only a few channels up. Brain cells - re-engage.

      Where do you get your info? 90210 premiered with over 5 million viewers back in 2008 on the CW.

      I didn't think I would like it, in fact I still don't know if I like it. I do know I am a fan of Ashley Tisdale, though, and MORE importantly… Aly Michalka!

      I watched the premiere after Top Model, and I really enjoyed it. Ashley and Aly are always very enjoyable to me. I especially love Aly's acting, and Ashley is such a wonderful girl.

      And anyway, I needed something new to watch.

      3 million is actually good for the CW, it's not FOX or CBS where a show has to have at least 7 million viewers to stay on the air. I watched the pilot and I liked it, there is good potential there and Aly Michalka is gorgeous!

      No it had the biggest start in that timeslot for the CW, the ratings and demo were actually lower than the Melrose Place season premiere

      My friends and I were super stoked to sit down and watch Patty "The Wedge", the lesbian cheerleader on Hellcats, and she was NOT in last nights episode.
      ARGH!!! OMG What's up with this SHIZ???–is the Lesbian character gone? Are the networks scared? I thought the actress did a great job and was beautiful and curvy and broke the body image barriers for young girls & stereotypes of what a Lesbian "is"–in this "all-american" type of show.
      Plus she was f@cking sexy, cool personality, and funny! WTF! - i thought the lesbian cheerleader would be a hit! –looks like i'm going to watch Glee!-Not that the other characters aren't good, just the show isn't being diverse enough…
