According to In Touch Weekly, Lindsay Lohan is working very hard to stay clean. The wacktress even confided in a friend that she thought the best way to continue on the sober path is to have a baby!

LiLo hates being alone and thinks the baby would be a perfect companion. She also sees how motherhood transformed former pAARty girl Nicole Richie and believes it would do the same for her.
"She needs to be around someone 24 hours a day," added the friend. "She thinks having a baby could straighten out her life."

She's not responsible enough to take care of a houseplant, let alone a child. Having a baby does not straighten out your life. It complicates it (in a great way though). she's too F'd up to have a child right now. And after reading iloverickymartin's post, NO to the pooch..that would be animal abuse.

Why do young women and girls think that having a baby will solve all their problems? They don't!! Nicole has a stable, loving relationship, while Lohan couldn't even make it to her required classes on time. The LAST thing she needs is a child who would be dependant on her.

Lindsay word of advice. Baby's need love and attention. They also need care and a good upbringing. You cannot be selfish and be a mother too. I have two young kids with my husband and believe me my hands are full. But, I am not in the spotlight. Maybe a few years down the road you may make a great mom. But, right now doll you need to focus on getting better and getting your career back on track. I don't want to sound mean but a nice little dog would be perfect. They make great friends and are always there to comfort you. Believe I know. And they act almost like little kids they also need to be taken care of and pampered. Now that itself will keep you from being alone. Good luck!

I think Lindsay picked-up something bad (spiritually) when she was young, and I don't mean someone leaving a hat on her bed.

She either does not know how - or is too weak - to cleanse herself of this demon. The one I'm thinking about can make you hyper (physically and mentally) when you should be tired. You become "too tired to sleep". The lack of REM sleep then leads to other physical/mental symptoms.
