Wowsa!

As he begins to tour for his Take That comeback, Robbie Williams is purchasing a a $7.5 million Tudor home in Tunbridge Wells, England.

"He asked the barmaid about the area. It's the talk of the village," claims an insider from the town.

The 15th-century property not only boasts a six-bedroom home, but a converted oast house and two cottages.

Let's hope this isn't premature!

Premature? Are you implying he can't afford it? He may be a fairly unknown musician in the US, but he's one of the top selling UK artists of all time, and is worth tens of millions. I've seen that he's worth something around £50m.

What is it about that area all of sudden? Lisa Marie Presley just moved there in a 11 million dollar home. Not that thats any loss to the U.S. but still why are the z listers moving there?

Premature???? I think you don't realise that the man is a BIG BIG BIG star overseas, well everywhere apart from the USA… He's undoubtly a very very rich man, it's not a tour (working or not) that's gonna change something for his fionancial capacities to buy a home…

I'm not sure about this one, Perez, mainly as he's currently SELLING a £7.5 million home in Wiltshire, England.

This dude snots, sneezes, burps and farts money. He is absolutely loaded. Pretty much the best selling artist in most of the world, other than the US.

In 2009, the Sunday Times Rich List claimed he was worth over £130 million!

Tunbridge Wells is a fantastic town! My husband is from right outside of it. I would not call it a village b/c it's quite large. My guess is he's buying a place in one of the outlying villages.
Converted Oast Houses are beautiful-that's where they would dry the hops. They are round w/ a conical roof.
I'll get the deets next time we're there!

Again, why does anyone give a shit, Mario? How about some American Celebrity News.

Robbie could probably afford to buy the USA, if he wanted to. He's an awesome singer, saw him twice myself…once in Berlin, Germany and once in Lyon, France. :-)

What is a oast house? Why do people ignore spellcheck?
