Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Santa Barbara on Sunday.

And they're both looking rough - probably from deceiving the public!

Sad! The only reason I ever wanted Spencer and Heidi to stay together was because of the crazy! Since I'm not seeing Spencer worshipping crystals and spouting off about Heidi's mom's vagina, then I don't want to see them together! Give me back my old Heidi, and will someone please put Spencer on an off-shore oil rig that's about to explode?

So they lied about even doing this.. It was said that they " stumbled" upon the walk and decided to talk a few pic after Spencer BOUGHT Heidi's t shirt. They took the pics and LEFT ..
