Audition For American Idol On Myspace!

| Filed under: TV NewsAmerican IdolRyan Seacrest

And so it begins yet again!

If you missed your chance to audition for American Idol at the city nearest you, worry not! Yet another change-up this season includes the opportunity for Idol hopefuls to submit audition videos via MySpace!

However, be aware that on-line, you have to perform an a capella track from an approved song list for no more than 40 seconds!

Submissions are due October 6th.

Check out the video (above) for more details from Ryan Seacrest!

This should certainly add an whole new layer of 'what the fuck' to the audition episodes when the season starts back up, don't you think??

LOLs!

Thoughts??

People are crazy who still want to be a part of that dying show …

If you are talented ,folks, don´t go there ( or other shit shows like Shit-factor, America Got No talent and so on)…look for other ways to break …
those shows lead to nothing…and have nothing to do with music or creativity …

Re: Merab – American Idol leads to nothing? Even failed contestants land cameos on other shows or interviews on network tv…the top 10 get paid to go on tour, and in most cases the top five end up with record deals. Not to mention winners and runner-ups like Fantasia, Daughtry, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, David Cook, and Jordan Sparks who have made great careers off a dozen #1 hits.

Ahh… put your music up on www.hitlantis.com instead! Fans+music play=Global visibility! Everything is on one site and you are in charge of your own bands success, the more fans you get the more visibility yo get on the site. Also easy to share ur songs etc. :D
