I understand how parents feel very protective over their children but you have to remember Barbie and Disney princesses! They are showing exactly the same thing! And in fact, kids don't focus on that kind of thing. They're going to want to wear a yellow dress and a tiara, they wouldn't consider what it showed/didn't show.

i swear some people need negativity to get through there day. the outfit isnt skimpy, and if u really think it is, then clearly u should go take a look at those "little kids" older sisters and mothers. stop worrying about her being your kids parent, if u dont want your kid seeing it, shut it off. and one more thing, if katy is on alot of kids things, it isnt a bad thing, she is the one making money for it, not u. & i dont think she ever said she was trying to be madonna, she just liked her.
