And once again, she'll just skate through all this with maybe 2 minutes of jail time for both probation violations. Wouldn't want anything to interfere with her life of setbacks.

this girl will never get better she has to want to stop, she can go to jail and rehab over and over, but she will not stop until she wants to.
she has a problem and it's sad, but I do not feel sorry for her she brought this all on herself.
I hope she does go to jail, no bail no nothing and make her stay there no early release nothing.
but it will not happen, well I doubt that will happen.
oh and her pathetic attention whoring parents need to just go away.

I seriously wish the judge could just throw her in without Bail based on the fact that she habitually violates it… Thats such bull that she'll be getting off the hook again.

Ok so Now Lindsay is in jail until October 22 no bail so that's great! Now if her mom would just pull her head out of her ass & use a little tough love. Because you now the little sister is going to end up the same way! The judge did the right thing. She will not get out before Oct. 22 because the judge order her to stay in jail until the hearing on that day. Good for him!
