Lindsay Lohan Denied Bail!!! In Custody!!! Heading Back To Jail!!!!!!

The judge just let La Loca Lohan have it!!!!

She's heading back to jail, where she belongs!!!

The judge did not hear any arguments from either side before issuing the hard-pAArtying actress his sentence.

LiLo is expected to REMAIN in jail until October 22nd, when she has her formal probation violation hearing for failing two drug tests.

Lesson to be learned: you are not above the law, Lindsay.

jail wont do her any good. she needs to go to rehab in guam. seriously. somewhere far far away from hollywood.

  10. 10

Oh wow, justice is a dish best served cold I guess. I have to feel bad for the people who were naive enough to believe in her to put her in Inferno. My God they must be pissed.

  11. 11

    YESSSS !

  12. 12

Good for that judge! Now she has to stay there for a month! Now Lindsay's mom should pull her head out of her ass & use a liltte tough love! She needs to be a parent not a friend!

  18. 18

    WTG Judge!!!!!!

  19. 19

she deserved it. congrats to you lohan

  20. 20

By the time she ODs and dies next year she's gonna have about 15 mug shots in her collection!

  21. 21

This is crazy! I really didn't think she was going to have to serve anymore jail time! Oh well, when you do the crime you have to be ready to do the time!

  22. 22

Bye Bye Lindsay, it's about time that you do the time like everyone else in thsi country.

  23. 23

    Good. She needs this.

  24. 24

The question is, how long will she be in jail? Will she be in and out?

  25. 25

I'm quite shocked that the judge did this but maybe this is what she needs. Look at Micheal Vick, back to starting QB

  26. 26

~~ Oh what f$*King ever!!!!~~~ The little ungreatful bitch will be out after only days or hours even!

She'll get the guest star treatment and scream bluddy murder that she wasn't given a f'ing pillow to whine and snivel on!

You know how it goes— ~~ if you've got the money ~~!!! or perhaps she'll lick* her way out of there sooner!

  27. 27

Wow! Perez just came in his pjs.
Now he hopes she gets stabbed in prison.
That will give him the mother of all orgasm.

    He hates women so much!

  28. 28

Good! Hopefully she'll wake up and realize she fucked up big time! Let those drugs get out of her system, get some counseling while in the big house, and whenever she is released, is sent to a rehab center in the middle of nowhere! That way, she'll be away from the paps, and will have a fighting chance to really kick her habit and revive her career. Good luck LL, ’cause you're surely gonna need it.

  30. 30

The judge was pressured to take this decision. She's afraid for her job.

  31. 31

What's Dina's excuse now? Did Lindsay's friend spill coke on her leg?
She deserves this. Way to go LA court system!

  32. 32

She just got out of jail and she thinks she can just make a career comback by hosting snl?? not all addicts should be given a worthy comeback. you're no mickey rourke or robert downey lindsay. you're just a spolied brat. I kind of wish you were in your dad's custody, even if he's a crazy ass sometimes, at least he knows for sure that you need help, unlike your mom who pretends to care but lets you do whatever you want jsut so you could be happy. i hope you go to jail until christmas. you're wasting the judge's time.

  33. 33

I'm glad that she's finally being treated like everyone else would be. She definitely deserves this.

  34. TCYB says – reply to this

She has not only broken the law countless times, she has also lied to the court countless times. Well deserved.

  35. 35

    Re: duelastar – Kyo

  36. 36

This stoopid girl. GOD she is ridiculous.

  37. 37

What shall we say and think about Lindsay Lohan? A wretch who never got to live a normal childhood, or a spoiled girl who thinks she can do whatever she wants because she has a pocket full of money?

Lindsey was born July 2, 1986, and debuted as a child model for magazines and television commercials at the age of three years. As early as six years old, she was on Late Night with David Letterman whit, 29 October 1992.

As a 10 year old, she started as a soap opera-sjerne in another world, and 11-year-old she made her debut as a film actor, when she played both twins in Parent Trap sisters in 1998. The next few years played Lohan in a number of Disney films. Lohan breakthrough as a film actor came in 2004 when she starred in Mean Girls.

Is this a normal upbringing for a child? How many had managed this at a young age without having experienced the trauma and problems of various kinds? I think there are few who can handle such pressure at a young age.

  38. 38

This is Robert Downey Junior all over again…she's going to be clean..but it's going to take a while..maybe when she's almost 40. If she really wanted to be clean, she would have checked herself back into rehab when she was tempted last week.

  39. 39

Re: tricia71 – @ 25 - disgusting about Vick, he should be locked in a dog crate and left to chew his own fingers off for food and his own piss to drink………
watch your beagle, vicks and eagle!

  40. 40

Let's see if she gets treated like the rest of us and actually has to stay there.

  41. 41

if you really want to be above the law, get into politics…become a diplomat, they get away with crimes around the world, they are untouchable. one of the perks of being a diplomat.

  42. 42

…Guess she's not going to be in inferno?

  43. 43

Hate to break it to you, but unless that overcrowding has been eased, I'm guessing she'll be out in a few days as well.

  44. 44

  45. 45

hell yea!!!!!!!!! MAYBE shell learn this time, though its highly UNlikely! This stupid bitch is probably sobbing and BEGGING

  46. 46

At least she gets a chance to live another month! She keeps going this way, I don't think she'll live to see 2011. Nice to see a judge step up and treat her like anyone else especially after getting so many free passes!

  47. 47

    Yipppeeee Muda Fukreeeee

  48. 48

yer but how long will she be there for 82 minutes?

  49. 49

lindsay, move to nyc with me. we'll do blow and party every night without the pap's or the lapd pigs on your case!

  50. 50

    Free Lindsay!!!!

  51. 51

    I like her acting :) :)

  52. 52

Ah, poor little Lindsey, is she gonna cry again?? Make her cry, make her cry!!

  53. 53

It's about goddamn time SOMEONE said no to her!!

  54. 54

she doesnt think shes above the law she is sick with addiction, it has been recognized as a medical disorder. i hope this time she has now will be well spent on reflection and balance, its too bad america still demonizes addiction, its like throwing someone in jail for having cancer. she needs treatment not jail.

  55. 55

The judge sentenced her this way so she couldn't get out early.. If he wanted
her to get out in a few hours he would have let her post bail.. This way she has to stay in jail the full amount of time until her hearing. This is a different
judge, the one who reduced her rehab time.. The guy did her a favour and
she spit in his face.. Not a good idea to a judge who holds your future in his hands.

  56. 56

    Oh, boy.

  57. 57

I hope she serves her full term, then enters an extensive rehab facility for more than a few weeks.

  58. 58

Quit acting so fuckin happy about it fucktard. I hope you get everything YOU deserve. And what's up with you morons who agree with this?

So, she has to stay in jail a month before she even HAS her probation violation hearing? At which point, she'll go back to jail for even more time? Way too fuckin harsh. OJ didn't even stay in jail that long for killing 2 people (not counting the time he's serving now).

  59. 59

Re: curiousred – The judge did what anyone with common sense would have done, the bitch was supposed to stay in jail 3 months last time, but as usual she got away with it…. not anymore.

  60. 60

Re: condesa – For USING (not selling) drugs? Fuck that. Way too harsh. Welcome to the Police States of America.

  61. 61

Re: shittin_condoms – Having cancer is totally different form drug addiction, late stage cancer is something you can't cure, period. Drug addiction is something you can, but it has to start from the inside out, 1st recognizing you have a problem, realizing you are not gonna get anywhere while keeping it, and making the decision of solving it, asking yourself why are you doing it, work on your issues like self stem, then getting down of your high horse and stop being in every social event in Hollyweird hanging out with all this coke and meth heads. Hang out with people that are more productive, seek help and advice from others, etc, etc. Taking one day and thing at a time. That could be just a good start.

Re: Duder Pooder – iron maiden rules!

  63. 63

Excessive use of exclamation points by a grown man…Pathetic.

  64. 64

Finally! Justice is finally served! Now, why couldn't Paris have had this judge? Keep it comin'!

  65. 65

Re: Duder Pooder – All of this started because she was driving under the influence, yeah, I know you will say "but she didn't kill anyone while driving" are we supposed to wait till she does it? the 1st sentence was supposed to be a punishment given by the law to make her learn not to do it BEFORE she ends up killing someone, NOT after. Once you kill someone while DUI there is no sentence that brings that dead person back to life. And although i am aware that is impossible to catch and put in jail everyone who is DUI, at least there is one less endangering the highways right now. And she was not given the electric chair, she is simply in a safer place for everyone, including herself. Thank you.

  66. 66

Lock up the trash in the trash bin. May shit parents Dina and Asshole rot in hell.

  67. 67

Re: condesa – Nope, I'm not gonna say 'but she didn't kill anyone', I'm going to reiterate my point. She's being sent to jail for a month before her probation revocation hearing even begins. Again, if that was her actual punishment for violating probation, fine I get it. Or, if her hearing was on Monday, again, no big deal. But he's making her stay in jail for a month before he even here's the case. Then, she could be sent back to jail for another month or longer for that actual violation.

You people act like a month in jail is no big deal. Well, I'm here to tell you, it is. Wonder how you'd feel if it was you. And, while I agree that a DUI does endanger others, that's not what she was doing here. She was not behind the wheel when she pissed in a cup. Substance abuse is a disease. It takes some people YEARS to beat. Jail is for violent criminals not substance abusers.

  68. 68

Re: NegativeNancy – Yes, they do! Especially 'old' Maiden.

  69. 69

Re: katymu2 – u can look at all of this as opportunities that the average folk doesnt get as well. bottom line is, she is an adult now and she rules her own destiny. she has made wrong choices , one after another and has gotten away with it for years due to her celebrity status. personally i never thought she was a great child actress turned adult star a la jodie foster. lindsey could NEVER play the roles that jodie played (or robert downy jr to name another). she doesnt have it in her. that being the case she should thank her lucky starts she got a little ride out of hollywood.

  70. 70

Re: Duder Pooder – I do get your 1st point, however lets also remember she only had 2 weeks, (about 16%) of her original sentence, because overcrowding and blah blah, she was supposed to be released in late October anyway, so she still got away with several weeks…On the other hand If she is released now, what is she gonna do? she will go back directly with her meth/coke head "friends" to party a little some more, at least in jail she will be away from that, and the loneliness of her cell may make her clear her mind and realize the bad decisions she has made, being in there may serve as a reality check to her, and make her understand that -even though she is in denial- she has a serious problem, and after finishing her jail sentence then rehab should follow, but not released in a few days for good behavior bullshit, but for several months to completely detoxify her system and recover instead. Sometimes being a little harsh or severe ends up doing a favor to some people, specially someone like her, who had very weak, dysfunctional parents who were never there for her. I'd put her on a straight jacket to be completely away from the drugs if necessary, before its too late and ends up like Anna Nicole and so many others.

  71. 71

Re: condesa – People with your point of view do not understand drug addiction. You can't just stop. She's the prime example. Faced with jailtime and she's STILL doing it. She can't stop even with her very freedom at stake. It's a disease, not a crime. Guess we just agree to disagree.

  72. 72

Re: Duder Pooder – I know it is a disease, and its not possible to just stop overnight, but as a consenting adult she is, she should realize she has a disease and take care of it, starting from scratch, asking for help, having therapy with a good psychiatrist, counseling, getting herself into rehab, etc, all this recent jail situation should have served as a wake up call for her, to ask for HELP, If i was in her position I'd rather check myself into rehab rather than risking jail, or even worse an OD at any moment, she has all the money and connections to try and do something about it, drug addiction is not always terminal, it can be a curable disease that takes a lot of effort to heal, but is has to start with the addict self and she does not seem to have the willing to heal.
When someone doesn't have that willing, there is no help available and you will have to agree with that.
