Bret Michaels and his rock hard abs are looking good on the cover of Billboard magazine!
It's been a tough year for Michaels, but you wouldn't know it by the looks of that body!
In the article, he talks about his upcoming VH1 reality show Life As I Know It, which chronicles his life with girlfriend Kristi Gibson and their two daughters.
He says, "It’s an all-access backstage pass into my everyday life, about finding balance between my passion for my family, my relationship with [girlfriend] Kristi [Gibson] and being on the road."
We're glad to see Bret is on a road to healthy living!!
