    Teens have always been bullied and gays have never been more accepted. That guy who killed himself the other day was simply unstable. He was OUTED an reacted by killing himself. Mario, you out people all the time. You are a bully.

    i watched ANTM last nite, and I still cant figure out what color his hair is supposed to be. It reminds me of the old ladies who used to go to the Hilltop Steakhouse for luncheon and have an old fashion or a gimlett

    Perhaps if one would not wear eyeliner, foundation, lipstick and dye their hair an awful gray, nobody would make fun of you. I am gay and a business owner. There is, absolutely, no way I would hire any man who dresses as a woman or any woman who dresses like a man. If you want the right to look like a very bad drag queen, fine. Do it on your dime, not on mine.

    Gay? Gay is a feeling of happiness, not a lifestyle. Use proper grammer and refer to anyone who engages in abnormal (not the norm) sexual activity as homosexual. It's homosexual. It's homosexual.

    Jay Manuel is one of the big reasons gay kids get bullied. One in every seven people is gay but it's as*holes like Jay who walk around looking like scary freaks that make people afraid of gays. Most gays are not freaks like you Jay.

    Excuse me?… but nobody deserves to be bullied, regardless of what they look like, how much eyeliner they wearor what their sexual orientatiion might be. that's #1. and #2 is that, while i wholeheartedly believe in what Jay is saying, I find it ironic that Perez Hilton is all about bullying not being ok… but only when it is in regard to gay people. Perez Hilton make a living AS A BULLY! I am sure that his hurful musings have contributed to some self esteem issues on more than on occasion. He is pathetic. And in my humble oppinion, just as bad and sometimes worse than any other bully out there.

    anyone thats focusing on how Jay looks and other gays and justifying that as why they deserved to get bullied is ridiculous.. no one deserves to get bullied no one.. so they have a different lifestyle so what its not your problem.. but treating anyone that way is disgusting.. their still people with feelings just like you..no one deserves to get bullied to death.. if you dont like it look the other way.. dont go hurting someone .. its cruel an wrong no matter what anyone says

    Re: April 20th – its not always that easy…i'm guessing you were the one who did the bullying instead of the one who was bullied…
    some kids can be really cruel and they find it easier to do what they do coz they usually have a "gang" behind them whereas the person being bullied is usually someone on their own and vulnerable (which is the criteria required for bullies).

    Hey, here's a thought.

    To the guy who says he's a business owner- congratulations. Really. However, Jay Manuel IS IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY. It's HIS JOB to look weird.

    And to everyone who is just making fun of this- Jay Manuel may not be a "celebrity" but there are a fair few people who know who he is. Instead of slamming his hair and his tan, why not take a second to appreciate that someone with what one can probably safely assume is a fairly busy schedule, took time out of his day to reach out.

    Maybe take some time to realize that it's disparaging comments like these that can make or break someone's day and you never know when what you're saying casually may actually be a life altering statement to someone else.
