We've got all types of Hobbit updates for you today!
Get comfortable with your breakfast, or second breakfast, or your elevenses, and get ready for Hobbit news mania!
For those of you who want to immerse yourselves in Middle Earth, much like how Avatar immersed us in Pandora, you'll be pleased to know that The Hobbit will officially be released in 3D!

In other Hobbit-related news, Ian McKellan is ready to sign on as Gandalf. As soon as he's given the papers from Peter Jackson, he's totally on board.
McKellan believes that The Hobbit will get the greenlight soon.
Here's what he had to say about it:

We're def excited for Ian McKellan to get attached to the movie AND we're thinking this one could work well in 3D, assuming they do it right and they don't half-ass it
like Clash Of The Titans.
